Omar was on time and preformed heat pump service and did a great job.
Went with fel air a couple weeks ago when i was having some problems with my air conditioning, They definitely got the job done. I highly recommend these guys they are very responsive and great communicators. Gus was great during the process and was very understanding and helpful!! I most definitely recommend him to complete you’re services.
Let me just say this company is Amazing!!! Their staff is Awesome and their prices are great! Would highly recommend this company!!!!
I am never disappointed by Fel Air. Jonathan came buy to help me and fixed my AC. My compressor was shot and a fuse was blown. He walked me through it all and answered all the questions I had. He even corrected what I was told by another company regarding my furnace. I will always go to Fel Air in the future! Definitely recommend.
Fel Air installed our air conditioning unit last summer. They are very professional and affordable. I called them today to take a look at something on the unit. They came out same-day and fixed the problem free of charge. I would recommend Fel Air to anyone.
Honest and affordable
Greetings: I had been shopping for over two years to get my aging AC system replaced, including Next Gen Air, Home depot and Costco, Fel Air beat everyone. I also had to relocate my system to the Attic from my hallway closet. Every other company added ridiculous amount top of the cost of the system, My old system still worked so i wasn't in rush. Luckily i recieved Fel Air marketing flyer in the mail, their Sales Tech showed up the next day, after finalizing the price which was signicantly lower then everyone else, i mean in THOUSANDS. I signed the agreement and they installed the newer system the next day. Few weeks later, I had problem with Nest thermostat, i called them and their tech replaced it the same day. I don't know why some people have bad experience with this co., I am licensed Realtor and worked with many vendors, this company gets two thumbs up. The best in AC and Heating system so far. Thank you Fel Air and all their staff. Some times bad reviews also come from competitors, i think.
They put a new system in last August. They have had to come out once already during winter to repair system for heating. Started AC today fan starts but compressor does not come on. This unit is less than a year old. Tried to call and voice mail box is full. If you are installing a new system use somebody else.
I called and the man that answered the phone told me that he’d have his office contact me for an appointment. Never got a call back. I also sent in a message through the website and have yet to receive anything back.
They are knowledgeable, friendly. They get the job done for reasonable price.
I had 5 quotes and this company was the cheapest. I got a new a/c and furnace done in July on a rental property. We are in November and am still waiting for the work to be complete. Last thing left is the city permit inspection in which I paid Fel-Air $800 for. So I have called and spoke to Clint 2 times in July, 2 times in August, once in September, and once in October regarding the final inspection from the city. Everytime we have spoken it's been very brief. He tells me he will call the city and set it up. 2 times he has given me a date they will come and they never showed. The rest of the times he says he will get back to me and never did. No call, no text, nothing. I have documented everything and will be pursuing legal action against this company for "non-performance" of the work that was done on my property. Have you ever heard the saying "you get what you pay for".......

Adam was great to work with. He showed up in time provided, was professional and efficient in his work. My AC stopped working due to me trying to replace my thermostat with a wi-fi. Adam had the system running in no time. He also performed a service on my system and it now blows colder than before. He was even great with my very curios dogs. Thanks Adam!
The install took longer than anticipated,, yet the installer would not stop. He did finally reach a point (after many attempts) to realize and inform us that it was beyond his expertise and would contact his supervisor who would in turn have an electrician come out and finish the install. The problem was wiring (this is an older home) and the electrician was able to locate the cause, correct it and we now have a working A/C. From start to finish, all with whom. we dealt with were professional. We would recommend Fel Air without hesitation.
Don't look any further. Fel-Air is the BESTTTTTT! Clint showed up earlier than my quoted 2 hour window and came to the rescue. He is professional, honest and detailed. They have a COOL customer for life. Thank you again!!!!!!

Just to start this review out i'am the operations manager of a pool company and am very familiar in traveling out to customers houses to do evaluations and quotes for customers. Jarrod Warschauer, came out to my house to provide me with a quote on a proactive replacement of my air conditioning condenser and possible other upgrades. Jarrod was a very straight forward and honest person to talk to and work with. I expressed what my desires were for the project. Jarrod not once tried to up sale me on anything and more than once informed me that the upgrade I was thinking about was not worth it money wise or needed at this point in my equipment age. For me the best part was I felt I was talking to myself when I'am in his position working with one of my customers. That made me feel very safe that he was a honest and caring contractor that was really looking out for the customer than his bottom line. Jarrod's quote for a 16 seer condenser was in most cases several thousand less that what some of the bigger AC companies were quoting me for a 14 seer system. In one case he was 4,500 less. Complete disclosure I ended up going with another company that provided me with a cheaper quote for the same equipment. It was not by much though. I just feel strongly enough about Jarrod and his customer service to write this review to let any potential customer know that they should and can not go wrong with calling Fel-Air for any repairs or quotes they may need.
From initial estimate to completion of work, this company is first rate! Jarrod who's title is director of company came by and gave transparent and most importantly, competitive quote. The installers, 3 of them were well grouped with one lead, experienced and two assistants. Every project needs to have an experienced lead there at all times, not just a 1/2 hour visit and drive to the next job site. Started at 845, finished around 430. installed upgraded and higher efficiency new furnace, a/c, and duct work. I don't spend go around spending $9000 but if I do I want the best deal and both in price and quality. Jarrod gave 5 yr labor warranty, 3 yrs higher than next best rated company and 1000 less in total price.
