Dave is amazing. This is the 2nd time I needed a repair. It is nice to know he guarantees his work and goes above and beyond. Wish there were more businesses like this
My old furnace was failing and on short notice I called Dave, during the winter, which is a busy time for all heating work. Dave was kind to find sometime and come take a look at my existing furnace the same day. I was able to get the furnace working again but decided I need to replace the old unit anyways. Dave was very helpful in explaining the different features and allowing me to also do my own research. I got to say his recommendation was spot on for what I needed. Dave and Dave Jr. came and installed the new unit, they were very kind and honest and very high-quality work. Thank you both once again.
Very happy with the service we received. Dave took the time to go over all our options for replacing or repairing our non-functioning 20+ year old furnace. We will definitely use them again when our air conditioner of the same age stops working.
Dave was great! Told him my furnace wasn't working. Came over next day. Instead of trying to sell me a replacement Dave repaired my furnace for a reasonable price.Only reason I'm giving him 5 stars because thats the max allowed. Thanks again Dave !
Woke up to a cold home, no heat could be found. Called around. This company was the only who could get to me same day. while everyone else would make me wait 5 days. (Hard to do with children in a home with no heat) Very responsive, found the problem quickly, replaced the broken part and got my house warm again. I can't thank them enough.
Dave and Dave Jr. of Federal Way Furnace took care of a serious problem with my heat pump/furnace for a very reasonable price. They responded to my request for a quote faster than other services, got right on the job, replaced all of our very old equipment, correcting problematic past work that others had done on the system. They were friendly, informative, and very skilled and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Recommend them very highly!

Great service. Called and within 20, a knock a my door. Very professional and helpful. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it right then and there. Would suggest anyone that has a problem, call this company first.
Dave replaced my furnace 10 years ago in a rental house I own. The renter called that the furnace was acting up. I contacted Dave and he got right on it. He contacted my renter and was able to fix the problem right away; I will definitely use Dave for any future furnace needs.
We had an excellent experience with Dave in installing our ductless mini-splits. Our house's roof design made the install a bit more challenging than they initially thought, but they figured out the solution on-site. It took a couple more days but it was well worth the wait. They also did not charge any more for the extra time and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. They made sure that they put the finishing touches on to make sure the install looks great on the exterior as well. Most importantly the system is working perfectly! Thanks Dave!
