Fazio's company is amazing! Tony was running behind so he made sure to be in the time frame that was scheduled and sent his other worker over, who was so intellignet and efficient. We have a central air unit and furnace, and it smelled like vinegar and it was foul odor coming from the furnace and ac unit out of the vents, so we called Fazio and a young man came over and did the job beautifully! He cleaned it out and changed our filters, was super precise, professional, and super kind. They hire top quality people. 💯🙌 He fixed everything and our heat and central doesn't smell through the vents anymore, and the central air and heat is hotter and colder now. It's working better! They are reasonabley priced and did a fine job. 💯 We have been satisfied customers for years. Their professionalism and expertise is top notch! Go to them! They are amazing! Fazio is my go-to for HVAC. In the past I've had them come in and diagnose and fix problems caused by other companies. Recently I had them install a mini split - the process was seamless and completed quickly. Friendly workers and I'm confident it was done right.

Fazio Heating & Cooling is our go-to for any air conditioning needs! Tony recently repaired a leak in our AC unit. He thoroughly checked out the unit and used his expertise to determine the fix. He checked the warranty and charged a fair amount for labor. You won’t be disappointed in their service!
They were fast and capable, no doubt. However, I'm not sure I would call the price reasonable. I was charged $400 for a replacement blower that goes for $99 on Amazon. Additionally, they completed the work in about 15 minutes (which is great!) but rounded up charging me $85 for the entire hour. That's not so bad in-and-of-itself, but combined with the dramatic up-charge on the part, it translates to around $400/h -- and that's if I generously round up to an hour. Furthermore, they identified other issues with my vents -- great! -- and said they would followup with a quote to correct it. They never followed up, which is the most frustrating part of all.
Tony is always responsive and personable. I enjoy having him visit. The work is also exceptional and the cost is reasonable. I have no reason to look elsewhere for my HVAC needs.

Our heating was out this morning on a very cold January day. After looking online and trying someone I’d used before, I tried Fazio. They called back and were here within the hour. Turns out it was a minor fix and not at all expensive. Super friendly, and helpful. I’d highly recommend them!
I had a newly installed (not by Fazio) less than a year old furnace go out about 4 years ago. Called a company who said I needed a NEW furnace, over 2,000.. They tried to pressure me into signing, which I wouldn't do. After paying them for the service call, contacted Fazio, who said the furnace part was under warranty, got the part next day and fixed it for about 200. Needless to say, have used Fazio ever since. As a small time landlord, they have replaced 2 furnaces, and fixed another just this week.. Though it was a week from H*** regarding that, Fazio, Tony,, Donna, and others gave professional, timely, honest evaluations and service. They even felt bad for my situation, though you know the saying, " when it rains, it pours", The heaters were old. One was a tenant's boiler, one was my own home furnace. Fast and excellent work on both types. Can't say enough nice things about them, highly recommend this 5 star, locally, family owned, company. Thanks Fazio!

The service man from Fazio was not just knowledgeable, he was proactive, highly skilled professional who is able to listen to your needs. Fairly priced and were able to send help within less than 24 hours! Great service! Highly recommend!
Good service, nice staff, fair price
This company is the greatest!!! We've been using this company for the last 5 years and I know I can count on them. They are a ten star company you can count on. The receptionist is very caring and pleasant to talk to and the technicians are great. This company has installed a new unit on one of my houses and made recommendations for improving the A/C and furnace. And another property I own has an older furnace. The older furnace and A/C have needed help and time and again the repairs are completed quickly and correctly. When I'm ready I will use them to update my older system. There's no pressure just great service. If you need a company you can count on this is the only one you will need. Thank you Fazio heading and cooling!!!!! Rich C
