Wow! Just wow. Scheduling was amazing with Kelly in the office. Easy to talk to and explain what was going on with our A/C unit. Honest explanations. Quick scheduling too because they are round the clock. It's getting busy out there though so if you need help get it done sooner rather than later and call Fast Affordable Air. Service visit with Nik was sooo great too. We are just relieved to have someone actually explain what is going on and show us pictures that he took from the roof. Plus it's 111° outside and he went above and beyond to double check both units and get us back in business. What great professional service. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!
Way too expensive compared to others
We needed a major repair done on our AC system by Fast Affordable Air. From the moment I called them to the end of the service, I was completely impressed with their professionalism, and expertise. Moses was friendly, and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to explain all of my options. He even gave me tips on how to save money and take better care of my system. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Fast Affordable Air to anyone in need of heating and cooling services. They are top-notch in customer service and quality workmanship.
These guys are the best. I purchased an AC unit from them a couple of years ago and signed up for their maintenance plan. They are reliable, polite and most importantly, honest.
Want to personally thank the staff for such great work. From answering the phones to the installation crew. Your team made the experience very pleasant and professional. The team showed up exactly on time as promised. During the installation we had a couple of hiccups but your team promptly took care of the issue with urgency. I want to thank Tom the owner for coming out and helping me get my nest thermostat configured properly. We learned something new together. And to the office manager Angie your are simply amazing to deal with. You handle everything well and understand customer service is number 1. If you don't use this company your not getting the personal touch they give to there customers. They make you feel like family. Keep up the great work and I will be recommending you to friends and family. Wish I could give you 10 stars
Got a brand new system sept 2019 form fast affordable air...After only 2 years my capacitor went out , they fixed it for $150 and cus that part isn't covered under warranty apparently...when calling to schedule an appointment and the lady who does that could not pull up my information despite having installed the unit and seeing me just one month prior....took about 30 mins just for her to get my info all over again....and another 30 for her to TRY and find a spot for me the schedule just to say no one is working Sunday and they need a specific tech for my job ...a month later there is a "restriction on the line" major component to the AC ....it's over 100 degrees in my house with three small animals I told them I live with my elderly grandma but they don't have anyone to come out until Monday and the AC went out Friday midday. We are suffering in this heat and when I asked what the price is for monday the office manager couldn't entail what labor fee is? Currently waiting for a call back . Kinda ridiculous that this system is new and I can't get fast or good service. I would go to another company but this is a new system and this should be covered under warranty. So frustrating to say the least. I will update review if they make things right. Update the owner himself came out today to tell me the first tech diagnosed it wrong…go figure …it’s my duct that needs work….. Well He can’t even fit himself in the attic so here I am on a “temporary” fix until they get a skinny tech …….. Oh and he left a pile of dirt on my floor from his ladder He called me to say he saw my review and would have “done the job for free but I’m nasty” He’s a gaslighter y’all beware
Cari was very professional, and admitted she wasn’t very knowledgeable about my specific situation. She then transferred me to Angie, who knew exactly what I needed. Angie sent Sam, the tech out 30 mins later, and he has the issue taken care of, in less than an hour. Fast, friendly and professional. All the way around. Do not hesitate to call them. 5 stars from me
This place is exactly as the name states. They are Fast (repairman was here earlier than scheduled, Affordable (the cost was very affordable and the technician was honest and up front about it as well). I would highly recommend you giving them a call for you HVAC needs. Do try to call before something goes wrong though.
This is the best AC service in Las Vegas that I know of. It's not even close. The company is very easy to work with and the Techs are outstanding. Mainly a Tech named Michael, he is one of the best all around professionals I've seen in the business. They are very competent, efficient and very reasonably priced. Michael has done some great maintenance work with us and now we're doing a full overhaul install. Very happy and pleased with them. You won't find a better and more fair company in town. Not by a long shot. Thank you!
They actually answered the phone and rushed right out to do a second opinion and beat the competition price.
We called another company initially and they told us it COULD BE up to a week to get the part we needed. Fast Affordable Air sent a tech out right away. The repair was done quickly and easily.

I love that you always get the same dispatcher and tech. They are skilled and friendly. You never feel like you are paying for their advertising campaign. Honest solutions at a fair price. Mike, Angie and Sean (or Tim?)….. are top shelf professionals!
These people are awsome great experience awsome prices had a air conditioner put in had trouble with heater they took less than 2 hours had it working again ...very pleased
This is a small family owned business. I have called them out to my house 4-5 times over 3 years. They did everything possible to fix my ac unit and get me threw the summer until they couldn't anymore. I needed a new unit. Mine was 25 years old and had no legs left to stand on. They not only were at my house on a friday with in an hr of my air going out. But the owner and his men were at my house until 1030pm making sure I had air. It says alot about a company when the OWNER comes to your house and is up in your attic that is 120 degrees with his men installing,cleaning and fixing your AC. I WOULDN'T CALL ANYONE ELSE. They have my service for life. ( not that I'll be needing much repair anymore because I got a new ac unit upstairs and down stairs with a good warranty) highly recommended company
AC went out on Monday. Called my home warranty place which sent out a tech, said it's pre-existing damage and left. Next company came out and quoted $12k for a 3-ton unit. Other two said $5k minimum. Not one of them opened up the unit. So I called FAA and asked the lady what the replacement cost was compared to $12k and she just laughed and laughed. Said that is just a total rip off. Sent Mike out today late in the day (I work all day) and he immediately put some diagnostic stuff on it, opened up the electronics, did some tests, and told me not to give up on the old girl (it's a 15 year old unit). Half an hour later my AC was working, and I got to spend some time with an awesome human being. Just the nicest, smartest down to earth guy. Will definitely never go with anyone else for HVAC matters. This company is legitimately your local mom and pop shop that's not looking to rip you off. Their professional, know what they are doing, and are in it for your lifetime business. Very impressed by every aspect of service. A rare five star from yours truly.
We had a technician come out 2 hours from our call and inspected our AC unit. Then the very next day they fixed our AC unit. It is now kicking and working like a charm! Thanks for the quick and reliable response!
I got an estimate from another company and they told me I need a new system and it will cost me over 10k to replace everything... I called Fast Affordable Air for a second opinion (did not charge me for them to come out and look at my A/C). Mike and Arvin came out within a couple hours of my call. The looked over my A/C and was able to fix it for under $200. They were very professional and had great personalities! I told all my neighbors how awesome they were and highly recommended them. Been using them for all my personal and rental home HVAC repairs for past couple years and been very happy with the results. They are prompt with repairs, do the appropriate repair w/o overselling, and reasonably priced. I've tried many other HVAC repair companies over the years who either try to way oversell me on entire new systems and/or price gouge on simple AC repairs when tenants need it most on hot summer days.
