WOW - Chris and his team are second to none. As new homeowners it's tricky to find reputable home service companies, but there's no sense in looking past Fannon & Sons. We called to get our 16-year old HVAC serviced in the middle of 100 degree heat. Chris was fast, responsive, and on time. He took care of our system and got it running best he could, and informed us that replacement was looming. He gave us 3 pricing tiers and let us choose. There was no suggestive selling or pressuring. Chris talked to us like we were his own kids and helped us make an informed decision based on our plans and needs. The financing options were fair and fast. Great service, great pricing, great company. From the front office to the field, Fannon & Sons is the best. Will definitely be using again in the future!
We had multiple needs and services required. Chris and his crew did a fantastic job and we are very happy with their work. Communication and attention to detail are required to do well in business and Fannon & Sons shine bright in both regards. They replaced all our main floor ductwork and foam insulated them. They also installed an Aprilaire filtration system as well as an integrated HRV. Further we wanted a mini split system in a separate Garage and cellar and they did it all, well ! Thank you. I've had Chris out to my house multiple times to fix a 20 year old system. He worked magic to extend the life of the system and pushed back the inevitable. Every time we'd call him, I'd expect the worst but he would somehow get it working again. He was honest about the expectations and his pricing was always reasonable. Then last week, the system finally went completely dead due to some water damage. Chris provided us a quote, put us on the schedule the following week and Alex came out to install the new hvac system today. They probably could have gotten us in sooner but I needed time to work some details with the insurance company. They tore the old one out, installed the new one and repaired some ducts all in a day. They were on time, respectful and hard working. The new system is working flawlessly so far. We highly recommend Fannon and Sons for any HVAC needs. Chris and his sons are super knowledgable and experienced and you can tell the whole team truly cares about their customers.
If you are looking for a company that will take care your HVAC needs and also go the extra mile, than Fannon & Sons is the place to go. Alyssa, at the office, is a joy to work with. She will make sure all of your concerns are heard and after the appointment is set she will try to work you in to an earlier appointment slot if someone cancels. The technicians are knowledgeable and will answer any questions regarding your systems that you may have. They even offer tips to prevent future issues.
My a/c stopped working in August--the worst time. Thanks to Fannon & Sons, I have cool air again! I highly recommend this friendly, honest, professional, knowledgeable, family-owned business. Chris was on time for the appt, and also gave competitive estimates so I can make the best choice for me when it comes time to replace my aging unit. Thank you so much for your help!

Fannin and Sons were GREAT! They responded quickly to my call and diagnosed the problem. They actually worked on a Saturday to resolve my Air Conditioning needs!! I would have them out again if needed and recommend them to anyone with HVAC issues. Cannot say enough good things!
I cannot speak highly enough of Fannon & Sons. Chris, Alex, and Zach were on time (and even arranged to come earlier when possible) for our HVAC replacement, were responsive to telephone calls, explained all options, were super helpful and professional, and made sure everything was cleaned up and back to normal in our home. Alyssa in the office was also great! I would highly recommend them to anyone for HVAC service, repair, and installation. They will definitely be our go-to from now on.
Fannon & Sons responded in a timely manner, were very professional, and friendly to work with. They completed the job and were hassle free and upfront the whole time. They were also knowledgeable about the product and set me up for success! Highly recommend.
Can’t say enough good things about Chris and his family owned and operated company, Fannen and Sons. We hired him to do the annual maintenance check of our HVAC system. He was friendly, polite, professional and very good at explaining his findings. We would hire him again in a minute!
Chris came out to work on our unit that stopped heating. I can't say enough about how friendly and professional he was. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. I will definitely use them for all our HVAC needs in the future and recommend them.
They corrected my issue the same day when another company didn't know when they could fix the problem. Fannon and Sons are very nice people to work with. I would call them again if I need HVAC issues.

From the time I called Fannon & Sons to the time they arrived, I received nothing but PREMIER service. It's in the 20's right now and my heat pump had been out for 16 hours. Until Chris, the owner, could get me on the emergency service schedule, Fannon brought space heaters to my house until Chris could get to me. And you couldn't ask for a nicer person - Chris was GREAT - explained what was going on and worked diligently on a very frustrating problem that took longer than first expected. Please use this company - you will not be disappointed!

We have a home warranty and when I heating system was having an issue, we contacted the warranty company. They assigned the job to Fannon & Sons. Communication from Fannon was great. Chris showed up on schedule, was very knowledgable, quick & very professional. So happy that the warranty company introduced us to them as we will definitely use them again if the need arises.
Lovely people, efficient. Originally had them come to service our two units in a house we bought. Chris was efficient and kind. He found some problems with one unit, which we assumed had issues. Took a couple weeks to get the part in but scheduled a quick return. Great service!
We want to thank Fannon and sons for coming out and fixing our furnace they were very fast quick and efficient very helpful and got the job done in a timely manner also right before the holidays. they were so thoughtful that they were even asking if we needed to use some electric heaters to stay warm until he could get the part. we will definitely be thinking about them in the future and using them as well for any further needs .we also want to be thankful that they worked very well with our home warranty as well.
Above and beyond the call of duty. Cannot say enuff great things about them. I would 1000% recommend anyone call the team for your needs! Family owned buisness that understands how to do things the right way! Had so many issues with home warrenty and getting a company to show up and do what needed done. My search was over with fannon!
