My AC wouldn't turn on so I found family heating & cooling on google and so glad I went with my gut. Extremely nice and understanding on the phone and on time for when estimated. And for estimates they stayed 100% true to their word on upfront cost. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me out but thanks again! He works magic!
I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Family Heating & Cooling were incredibly professional. Their prices are very reasonable and I’d recommend signing up for the yearly plan which allows great work to be done while saving some money. I will definitely use and recommend Family H&C again.
Brandon was prompt, professional, friendly and fixed the issue with our A/C unit in no time. I called him late on Friday evening for the very first time, and he came within an hour and changed the unit's capacitor. He did not even have to check the inside system to figure out what had gone bad. Very impressed with the service. Thank you.

AC broke in my studio, called and within a day I have a whole new system. Thank you so much for being efficient and having the shop cooled before it gets hot!
Service was quick and priced very well. Had the air handler cleaned and a Halo UV light installed in the duct to prevent further mold and improve air quality. Brandon was professional and never tried to up sell any unnecessary service. Prior to leaving he scheduled a follow up to check on his work to ensure it is working as it should. Will definitely use again.

They are honest. One company tried to charge me 7200.00 to replace my air handler at put a uv light in turns out all I needed was sn uv light.
Brandon was great. Came out within an hour, late at night and explained everything. Would highly recommend this company.
From the first call to the installation this company was amazing!! They were thorough, prompt, and an overall great company to work with! Brandon came right out when our AC wasn’t working in the 90 degree weather!! He got the part needed and installed it! Highly recommend!
Family Heating & Cooling installed a heat pump and vents for my second floor. The work was done very well and well as on time and on budget - and most helpful in answering questions when planning a system.
