Brew the tech was outstanding and as usual the service was excellent
I have been using Family HVAC for several years, and they've kept my heating and air conditioning operating at top efficiency. They are extremely professional, competent, and responsive, and I'm very pleased with their service. They've found things - and prevented them from becoming bigger problems - that previous companies didn't. I certainly plan to continue using them, and am glad that I found them
They were easy to get in contact with and quick each time I've worked with them. Brew was very helpful answering my questions and walking me through everything.

Family HVAC just installed two new heat pumps and two new water heaters at my house. Their prices are the best in the area and the team, especially Brew, is extremely knowledgeable and has been very helpful throughout the install process. Highly recommend. I’ve been using Family HVAC for years for biannual maintenance service and they always do a great job.
The technician who came was thorough and checked all was okay. He took his time to make sure that everything was OK
I’m so happy I used family hvac. Salt of the earth. Especially Alden. Alden is one of those rare hardworking and genuinely good people. I also love Denise and Brew. The culture at family hvac must be amazing to have so many good and rare people there. I’ve been on their maintenance program for years for my attic unit and I plan to use them for my first floor unit, if they will have me. I feel bad because I call them way too much over nothing.

10 out of 10. Installation of inside furnace and outside ac unit went great. Joe and Fran were terrific! Floors and carpeting completely protected. It's ice cold in here now! 100% happy and satisfied.

Brew is the man. He’s been at my home twice now for inspections. Once for heating and once for cooling. He’s extremely detailed in his explanations in person and also in his notes. As a meticulous person myself, I’m always satisfied when someone has the knowledge and respect to provide that level of service.
Brew was professional and on-time. Service was reasonably priced. Had to establish a service contract with a new HVAC company after the one that originally installed our unit went out of business. Glad I found Family HVAC after reading google reviews. I'm a happy new customer.

My heat went out on a Friday, 30 minutes later someone came out to take a look. Unfortunately it could not be repaired, but the technician brought me space heaters to keep me warm until the repair on a Monday! Excellent service and very friendly.
John came to our house in the summer for our AC and just now for our heat. He is amazing. So knowledgeable and personable. You guys are great. Always there when we need you. Thank you.
I was very, very happy with Family. They responded quickly, assured me that the installation of my new house heater as well as the new central air unit would go flawlessly and they were true to their word. Due to the cold temperatures starting today I reached out to have the heater put in service today, again Family responded quickly and expertly. The heat is on, the house is cozy, couldn't be happier with Family
I highly recommend Family Heating & Air, they came out on time and fixed my AC issue within an hour. I ended up getting their service contract which gives me biannual service and maintenance on my HVAC, priority, emergency and 10% off all service and repair! My tech Brew was friendly, knowledgeable and fast! 5 out of 5 for Brew!
