I wish I can give Brew and his company 10 stars. He is my go to guy for all things heating & AC. He installed a new system in my home about a month ago, and is keeping my family cool & comfortable (Thank you). And then I had an emergency the morning after July 4th, with an old system in my office building. He responded immediately and fixed all of my issues same day. He helped me avert some bigger issues with his quick response. I can't thank him enough. Give him a call. You will be pleased you did.
Family and Brew are the best! Quick, quality, value, and take the extra time to answer questions and help make you a more informed HVAC owner/operator. At this point, used Brew and Family for a new AC and boiler, a few emergency calls, and they’re my go to for maintenance yearly as well. Can’t imagine working with everyone else!
I just moved into an old house and was having problems with the hot water heater. My neighbors recommended Brew, so I contacted him. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive, and it’s comforting to know a great plumber while owning an old home.
Brew came to our home at the very end of his long working day. It has been over 90° and we were extremely grateful for his visit. Brew was kind, patient, and funny. He worked hard to figure out the problem. He Repaired our air conditioner just in time! The next day was 95°! We are so grateful. We will definitely be return customers

This was a wonderful company to work with. John, Joe and Andre were professional, and very kind. Their work was top quality. They explained everything as they were doing the work, were on time and cleaned up everything. I couldn’t have asked for more!

My furnace just died during this recent cold snap. I called the company early in the morning and they arrived a short time afterwords to assess The situation. We collectively came to the decision that my 15-year-old furnace was no more. They gave me some options and in addition I had my one AC compressor replaced as well that was probably 25 years too old. They installed everything the next day Josh did a great job also making sure that any old wires that were frayed were replaced as well as anything else that needed to be done to make the system run perfectly. They were Covid compliant which is always reassuring and everything was cleaned up before they left. They had also loaned me some space heaters to make sure I got through my cold night before they were able to come the next day. I recommend them highly! They Care about quality and service! Amy W Just had a second system installed by Family HVAC where they redid my whole upstairs AC system. Again, a great job and I look forward to being nice and cool upstairs. They are fair in their pricing and go over and above board to do the best job that they can. I recommend them highly I just needed them for what I thought was an emergency today and they responded quickly, professionally to this crazy lady that I think I am at the moment. They do a great job and are very responsive and courteous.I recommend using them for any new system you need to install or for your maintenance needs 02/20/22 update: Family HVAC just did my furnace maintenance and everything looks good! They accommodated to my work schedule, which was awesome. They always arrive when they say they are and continue to take Covid precautions, which I appreciate. Planning on having them put in a new water heater and I am highly confident I will be pleased with the installation. I will continue to recommend their services. Keep up the good work guys! 0/26/22. I got my quote to install A/C in my house on Monday and by Friday they installed it! Brew and Joe worked all day - took no breaks and would not day drink with me :( They were very courteous and informative. Can't wait to see them again for my routine maintenance!
John and Brew were great! I received a heater and air installation. They were efficient and timely. In addition, they were neat! I would definitely recommend this company.

We have been very happy with the service, professionalism and workmanship of all the people at Family Heating and AC. I love that that they text you when they are heading your way and they have always arrived on the early side of the time window allotted. I would highly recommend Family Heating and Air Conditioning.
If you want to have the professional to treat your properties as their own, then you should look for The Family Heating & Air Conditioning. It’s a scientific project, if I could tell. Recommended!
I had an emergency issue with my ac unit. Condensation water was not draining and overflowing the large pan it sits on causing water to leak into the room below. The Family Heating & AC coordinator quickly searched for any technicians that had a gap in their schedule and sent one out. He replaced the basic drain line with an updated one that included a shut off mechanism if it ever became clogged again. I'm happy with the outcome. I think the initial call prompt system could use a revision of some kind. When I first called, the recording said they were busy with other customers and to press one of the options to leave a message, but when I pressed a number, I reached a live person who's purpose was to take down my info to pass along to Family HVAC. She was kind of robotic in nature. At the beginning of the call, I clearly identified that I had an emergency, needed a tech to come out the same day and what the issue was only for her to later ask the same questions that were already answered. That didn't give me a good feeling but once the Family HVAC coordinator called me a short while later, my concerns disappeared. She took a genuine interest in my problem and stayed in touch until a tech was assigned.
These guys showed up in time on a hot day within hours of my call and got my AC working again for our little one. Great team!

All I can say is WoW!!! These guys were on time and friendly. Very professional! They install quality equipment!! The 10 year warranty is Beyond Great!!! I have nothing to worry about for 10 years or more!!! Very Happy & Satisfied!!!!
