My home warranty company sent a tech from "family affair heating and cooling(FAHC)". He came, took apart my machine, said he needed to submit the diagnosis and quote to my warranty company, took my CASH deductible, and left. My warranty company still has no record of him coming, much less the fact that he took my money for the deductible. My machine still doesn't work and now it's in pieces and my deductible is gone. FAHC is one person with a disconnected land line and a full voicemail. The owner's name listed in the public records is Napoleon Boone.

came a day early for scheduled appointment thru home warranty but unable to contact them back again for the diagnostics to be sent into the warranty company. I week past and still no answer back from the one and only message I was able to leave since the voicemail box was full after that and my home warranty company has not been able to contact then either.....still not sure why an HVAC company was sent out for an OVEN issue.....

Was given appointment for 1/27 between 11 to 3. No show, no call. This appointment was set up through home warranty company. I called number given and it went directly to VM but it was full. Upon looking online, found 4 different phone numbers for Family affair heating and cooling. 2 busy and 2 with full voicemails. Needless to say the home warranty put this company in a fraudulent area for behavior and stated they would not be using them again. Terrible service.

Called by our home warranty company to fix our dishwasher. No call no show. I called the number listed online, wrong number. I called the number from our home warranty, no answer and mailbox is full. Guy finally calls and says he had rescheduled our appointment the morning of when he was supposed to be there between 7-11 am. When he does finally show up, he has no idea what he’s doing. He didn’t bring any tools to fix the problem. He charges me $45 for the service call and says he’d be back tomorrow by 3:30. Tomorrow comes and another no call no show. Do not use this company!
