Brian installed a new furnace in our home. He was easy to communicate with and very professional. He also notified us of available rebates we could potentially qualify for that we were unaware of. Local, reliable, and honest is hard to find these days but when you choose Fallside that's exactly what you get!

I originally called Brian at Fallside to service one furnace and quote replacing another furnace after my previous HVAC provider retired. Brian did a thorough job servicing the attic furnace and also quickly provided a quote for replacement of the other. I was impressed Brian didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need like a few other companies (modulating furnace, new thermostat, ultraviolet light filters, etc). I decided to move forward with using Fallside for the replacement and can honestly say I'm glad I did! Brian was flexible on scheduling and easy to work with. I'm very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism Brian and Don exhibited during the install. Fallside will be my goto HVAC provider for the foreseeable future.
They helped my Mother with furnace maintenance and were helpful, kind, and informative. Walked her through everything she needed to know in a timely manner.
I called Fallside after finding our hot water tank hissing and dripping water into the catch basin. Within 4 hours of me making the call, Brian had installed a replacement tank and removed the 10 year old one. I'm very thankful for his quick response and courteous and professional manner. I will definitely call him again for any HVAC or hot water issues we have.
We have used Brian for several years for various services. Today, our hot water tank died. He came out same day to replace the unit. Professional and dependable.

I used Fallside for a repair in December when I woke up to no heat. Even though this was my first time I needed repair for my heater, he came over that day within a few hours and had it repaired. This month I had routine maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner and I can honestly say that I an truly happy with the service i receive with Fallside and would highly reccommend him !!!
Brian was professional, knowledgeable, honest and kind. He came to help us with a furnace we recently had installed by someone else when it was making obnoxious noises through the vents and having issues with keeping consistent temps in both our zones. Brian was more than willing to help us problem solve and offer solutions. He was more than willing to answer our many questions. The solution to get our system function properly wasn't easy- it took several trips to our house and many hours- but we are very happy that it is all working properly now and the noise is greatly reduced. We wish we would have gone with Fallside for our install in the first place and we probably would have avoided some of the issues we had! They will be our go-to in the future!
My furnace was not firing up and on a chance called Brian at FALLSIDE HVAC. I noticed he had 5 star reviews and he lived up to those reviews. Brian showed up within 15min of calling him. He was courteous, professional and quickly identified and resolved the problem. His fees are very reasonable. He will now be my go to for all HVAC needs. I highly recommend using FALLSIDE!
We were without heat in our home on a Saturday night. We couldn't find anyone locally so we started looking further and further away until Brian answered his phone. He had me send him pictures of our boiler and describe our issue to him. He then travelled 45 minutes to Geneva and fixed our problem while walking me through what he was doing and explaining how it all worked to me. Incredible service! Very impressed!
Brian came the day I called and had no heat. He assessed the problem, I ended up needing a new furnace (but after 25 years I can’t complain). The final bill came in below the quote and he worked us in very quickly!! Called initially on a Monday…came that day and then was able to replace furnace that Thursday. He was on time, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable!
Called to have our direct vent wall furnace and home furnace serviced and Brian was fantastic! He seemed to be an encyclopedia of knowledge when it came to both furnaces- glad I gave him a call and will 100% be calling him again come Spring! Highly recommend him!
Had them out after the windstorm to fix the chimney and do the heater maintenance. They came out right away, got the work done quickly, and did a great job explaining the process.
Brian responded to a Sunday emergency call within 5 minutes of receiving my voice mail. He was over later that day to inspect the situation. At that time he made a temporary fix to keep me safe. The next day he installed what was needed to make the repair. I could not have been happier with his response, and workmanship. Highly recommended!
