They came and fixed the issue the day I called. They were easy to talk to very polite and professional. They did a excellent job and I would highly recommend them.
My Senior friend is freezing & AC will not turn OFF During the winter, she was also freezing. This Company is completely incompetent.

Bright and alert
Excellent service and experience. Despite the craziness of the season, they were able to come the same day I called and quickly diagnosed/fixed my problem. They explained everything out to me, gave me real options and back it all up with no B.S..
They saved me a lot of money. My Lenox heat exchanger cracked, and the Lenox dealer said I should get a new system since mine was out of warranty. So I called Fallaw, they found out my system was still under warranty. They got the part and fixed it ASAP. They are really good, honest people.

Patrick is a great guy. I had some problems with my older York unit. So I went on York's website and he was a authorized dealer/installer. So I called him, we talked it over he gave me a few options and WAS NOT PUSHY! I like that, but his guys came out on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and treated my home with respect. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND explaining and helping me understand the new thermostats. I referred them to my mom and she had a complete new install due to the way they did me.
