In May Falcon Plumbing was called to check our hot water tank. The service man said the old tank needed to be replaced because of a failing pressure relief valve that could not be replaced due to age and corrosion. We had a new tank installed and were charged a few dollars short of $4,100. When the old tank was removed the laminate flooring in the basement was badly scratched. They promised to have someone fix this. We were away for several days after this installation. We always shut off the water from the main whenever we go away overnight because we have know people who had flooding problems due to plumbing failures while away. When we got home the pressure relief valve on the new tank was open and all of the water from our internal plumbing system had drained out onto the basement floor. Apparently this valve was not properly installed. When they falcon service man came out about this he basically called me a liar, accusing me of opening this valve. A service man from Vernont Gas System was out today for annual maintenance to our boiler. He asked about the new hot water tank. After discussion he said that VGS would have done this work for $3,100. He also pointed out that the installation was done wrong, as an expansion tank should have been installed, and he showed me the pages of the installation manual regarding the installation of such an expansion tank as part of the whole system. So, I was overcharged by $1,000, my flooring was damaged, and the work was done wrong risking flooding of our basement. Finally, the proper expansion tank was not installed. So far Falcon has done nothing about repairing the damaged flooring.
Bill was very professional. Our boiler broke so we needed a new one. The work that his team did was amazing. I’m very happy with the results. Price is also cheaper compared to the others. Will definitely recommend!
Our Boiler stopped firing on Thanksgiving. Called Falcon on BLACK FRIDAY! Bill was here within less than an hour. Diagnosed the problem and addressed our concerns and got our boiler up and running in 15 min. We had a conversation about what the issue might be, I'll keep an eye on it and call Bill if the problem persists. Thanks Bill. PS I was not charged!!
I replaced my steam boiler with Bill Falcon. He explained the price clearly and the type of boiler I needed. He didn’t overcharge me his price was reasonable. His team was respectful, efficient, friendly and worked diligently to replace my boiler the same day. The boiler has been working great ever since. The boiler has a warranty as well. I would recommend Bill Falcon if you want someone who is professional and knows what they’re doing when it comes to heating your home this winter.
I received several estimates before selecting Falcon Plumbing & Heating to replace my boiler. It's not just that their pricing was excellent, but also that their professionalism was stellar. I was extremely pleased with their work, their communication about what was needed and why, and their transparency about the (very reasonable) timeframe for completion. We needed a new thermostat and gas boiler. Bill Falco and his employees are very professional, working efficiently and thoroughly to install the new equipment. We agreed to hire them on a Saturday and they came out the following Thursday to do the job. Afterward the owner came out to explain how the new unit works. We have no complaints and would gladly hire them again.

I was hit by Ida pretty bad and needed everything in my basement replaced (water heaters and boilers). Bill was so nice to work with, very flexible and accommodating with his schedule and did not stray from the initial estimate which I know other contractors are prone to. The work was top notch and prices were very reasonable. I will 100% be calling him again for any needs I have in the future and I recommend him to anyone in the area.
Our 40-year-old steam boiler was on the fritz last year and we actually had a carbon monoxide scare at one point. We called Bill Falco and he personally came to provide an estimate and scope of work for the project. In addition to replacing the old steam boiler we decided to add a new water heater as well and it just turned out that his quote was not only very competitive but had great quality equipment as well. After the work was completed he personally came and inspected everything and even found one thing that needed to be fixed. Overall I was very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend him for anyone with boiler needs or water heater needs.
Falcon plumbing did our oil to gas conversion. The entire process from start to finish was handled really well. Bill called when he said he would and showed up to every appointment on time! The equipment they installed is working well. My family is so happy with the way everything turned out. On the day of the work the team was very respectful of our property as well. If I could give them more than a 5, I definitely would. Thank you Bill and crew!
Bill Falcon & company replaced my old furnace and installed new Central AC unit. No money down with fairly price and very professional job. Special thanks to his crew lead by Mr. Cliff with his guys Daniel & Raul. They worked fast with no excuses rain & shine and left my place cleaned. I am happy with the result and highly recommend them to my families & friends.

Bill and his team were incredible! Our heat went right before a winter storm (of course!) and we needed help quick. Bill was so responsive and knowledgeable (and a big plus - gave us a great price; best quote of four). The job was turned around so quickly - in and out in a day, cleaned up everything, and the new system works great. Highly recommend.
Bill was fantastic. They put in our new boiler in 24 hours when they old broke and came back a few months later to install new return pipes. I cannot tell you how responsive they were and what a great job they did. Awesome company. The best!!
My steam boiler was installed exactly 20 years ago by the owner, Mr. Falco. The cast iron casing was cracked and required a new boiler, right in the middle of the coldest days in February. The installation was completed the next day. A small leak was found and Mr. Falco came in to remedy the leak. The cost was very competitive, not high nor low. It was a fair price and a square deal. Service rated at 4.8 and would recommend Falcon plumbing and heating as a honest and fair plumbing business.
Bill and his company did a great job replacing our 30+ year old furnace. Everyone was prompt, professional, clean, and thorough. The explanation i received for the new thermostat and safety features on the furnace have definitely put my mind at ease that we made the right decision to replace AND use this company! The hot water heater is next and i will DEFINITELY be calling them again!

A+ is not a common grade. But Bill Falco and his team are quite uncommon in terms of their work ethic, commitment, and quality. Bill recommended the boiler with the options to best meet our needs. Cliff even offered to come back and instruct me on its use if I could not be here upon completion of the work. Thanks for meeting and even exceeding our expectations!
Bill Falco & company replaced and installed a new water tank and oil boiler last October in my house. They did an incredible, very professional job. They worked fast (in one day) and left the work area spotless. Bill always returned my phone calls when I had questions. To add a cherry on the cake, their quote was the cheapest one. I have now a wonderful heating system. This is a family business that I recommend highly.
