I called Joe, Faith air, when my air conditioner went out June 2021 and had the system replaced. The a/c stopped working June 2022. I called Joe over and over again, left messages and sent an email that the air conditioner went out and asked him to call asap. After more than several calls and leaving messages, he never responded. After a week of no response and no air, I had to call another a/c company, COOL MARK. Mark came out the next day and fixed the air conditioner. It was something to do with the wiring that was incorrectly installed. I had to pay $500 when Joe should had come and fixed it. Never call FAITH HEATING AND A/C, because if you need help after the fact, Joe is not there to assist. Just call COOL MARK for you heating and air needs. As of today I still have not heard from JOE.
Very disappointed. We had been loyal customers of this company for years until Joe tried to charge us $380 to replace $20 part. Why would anyone do that to loyal customers. It took me awhile to write this review because we don't like to speak negatively about anyone but we don't want this deception to affect unsuspecting customers. Beware!
