Words will never be enough for how amazing this company is. My elderly parents were having issues with their heater tonight (12/14/20) and not more then an hour after the call did we have someone show up and fixed it! He was so kind, professional, and went above and beyond for my parents. He made sure they wouldn’t have to sit in a very old and cold house as it was going to be below freezing tonight! In this day and age where the mighty dollar above compassion and kindness it’s so rare to meet such a wonderful and good business! I would recommend them to ANYONE who has any HAVAC needs.
Definitely the best company I’ve ever used they were on time very friendly and professional. I have used them for years now and definitely will continue to use them when in need. I definitely recommend them fair prices and they also get things done in a timely manner anytime I’ve called Mike somebody is to my house within the day or two. Extremely happy with this company. We had a 3-room, 900 sqft addition added to our home in 2019. Rather than tap into the existing home duct work for heating and air, we chose a Daikin mini-split system with a separate condenser and 2 wall-mounted units for the living room and the bedroom. The company chosen by our builder to install the mini-split system was Fairway Heating and Air. Owner Mike and son Keith were very professional and friendly when working here at our home. They have been friendly, responsive, and punctual when we asked them for service. Another quality with Fairway Heating and Air was the quality of work and cleanliness. Never left a trace of trash or any mess. Mike and Keith are worthy of this review and we highly recommend them for HVAC work. Great company.....
I have had the opportunity to work with Mike Simone for nearly 10 years (known personally for 30). He has completed hundreds of jobs for us as a preferred vendor. This requires communication with the management team, owners and tenants. He has always been a professional with all parties mentioned.
Rude
Very rude and unprofessional. Complained from the second they walked in the door, left trash on my floor and left without saying a word. Tried blaming the unprofessionalism on my dogs which is a bs excuse!
