I met Tyler when he worked on our condo's AC units during construction defect reconstruction. I attest to the quality of his work because he has done amazing job fixing issues left behind by another vendor. He is prompt, honest and flexible. He is my go to person when in need of AC repairs. He also does water line and sewer service. Give him a shot-you won't be disappointed.
Tyler is great! I called him on the coldest day in Feb 2023 when our furnace went out! He came immediately and spent 2 hours to get it to work so we had heat. We did get a new furnace and AC from him and his prices were fair and uses the best. He was thorough and when we turned our AC a few days ago, he did find out to check that everything was okay and re-checked both furnace and thermostat was running smoothly. Highly highly recommend since he does great work, is responsive and has good prices and very friendly and personable!
Tyler came highly recommended when our hot water heater was leaking. He came out on a Saturday on short notice and replaced the water heater for us with great speed. His crew was very helpful and did a great job. We will be utilizing their services again!
FairPoint has installed and maintained HVAC systems at multiple properties for me, the team at farpoint are professional and do great work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Tyler came out to my house on an emergency call at 10:30 at night. I hadn't had heat for 4 hours during sub-zero temperatures. Of course the minute he walked in my furnace started working (Murphy's law!) Tyler was great - stayed for about 15 minutes to monitor the furnace, explained what may have been the problem (everything was working at the time, so it was a little difficult to tell why it hadn't worked for 4 hours). I was very willing to pay for the emergency house call, but he didn't charge me anything. He is very honest and trustworthy.
They showed up, were very respectful, had a good demeanor, and solved our problem right away! (Some paper got jammed in our HVAC system). In and out in under an hour. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!
Same day I called, Tyler came over and fixed my camper furnace even though camper furnaces are outside of what FairPoint Pipe and Mechanical usually does.
Fairpoint Pipe and Mechanical came to our home in Littleton and replaced our furnace and air conditioning. We saved a bundle and everything works great! Thanks Tyler!!

FairPoint installed a water heater for us and cannot speak highly enough about their expertise and professionalism. Tyler was very knowledgeable, went the extra mile to grab a piece that was missing from the install and didn't charge me more when he very well could have. Highly recommend and will continue to utilize FairPoint for many years to come!
