These people are TERRIBLE. Here's why: 1) I scheduled a maintainance/consultation (consultation was re: moving the HVAC unit). They came and gave me costs. 2) Ghosted me for a full year. Really. I texted multiple times, no response. The only reason I stuck with them is my super said they were good. 3) A year later they finally responded. Completed maintainance at high cost, but whatever. They were SUPER late though. 4) This year I opened the indoor unit to replace the filter myself. They had crammed a 24x24 filter in an 18x20 slot. It was extremely difficult to get out--I thought it was going to tear and remain stuck inside. So if you want to pay a LOT of money to get treated poorly and have a shoddy job done...go for it. But really, save yourself the trouble!
