Pierre and his company are very professional. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the Mass save rebate.
This Co. installed a mini split heat pump system in my house, in Winchendon, Ma. and did a great job. I highly recommend this company. I learned a lot watching them and answered all my questions. It was a great experience. They set up my I phone for me and know in Fl. for the winter, I can control the temperature in my home in Ma. I got 3 estimates and theirs was the lowest. Today we had an appointment for a quote at 10am in Orange, MA. About a week ago we made the appointment over text. He confirmed it last night. This morning at 9:38am he texts me to see if we can move the appointment to 4:30pm. I was almost at the address, the tenant was already notified last night for 10am today. When I called him, he said that “an old lady in Athol had problems with her air-conditioner” so he had to look at that first. I looked at the actual temp outside and it was 72F. I reminded him that he had an appointment with me in 20 mins. He said ok, he will come to the appointment with me at 10am. I waited there until 10:15am and when I texted him, he replied “I am sorry, buddy, I had to go over there.”

Pierre and his team are professional at its finest. They installed a 9 zones Lg high efficiency heating and cooling system at my home in Milton I couldn’t be happier than that.
Pierre and the team recently installed a ducted LG mini-split system. The team were consultative around the design approach and layout of the ducts and vents. Additionally, the team was methodical in the installation leading to high quality work. I will be referring to them for future work.

Pierre and his team were great. He was knowledgable about the install process and properly set our expectations for installation. He and his team installed a mini-split system comprised of two condensers and 3 head units to cover the ground and second level in our home. They worked quickly and efficiently and actually finished the installation a full day earlier than expected. We’re very happy with the work thus far. I highly recommend Pierre and F&J Ductless.
I highly recommend F& J ductless company. Pierre was professional knowledgeable and respectful. Pierre gave me a complete quote for the work he would be doing, which was more than reasonable. His team was prompt, quiet and clean. The team of installers worked diligently to get the job done. They cleaned up after the job was completed leaving the house spotless. I am grateful to have had such a positive experience!
Pierre recently installed a mini split in our summer vacation house in Wareham. He was quick in his response to our requests and did the work on time and in a high quality manner. His installation was much faster and his placement of the units much better than the other quote we got. I would highly recommend this company for installation of a mini split heat pump.
I highly recommend F&J Ductless! They installed a 7 zones LG mini split system and they were very friendly, professional and did an amazing job. I will definitely be using them for any future needs in my home!
These guys did a phenomenal job installing my minisplit. They addressed all of my questions and installed it with my preference without any hesitation. I will be in touch for future HVAC needs for certain!
A tech came out to install a thermostat, he left with me having no heat, said that another person would come to install some wires and see if the error is still on thermostat, which it still was, not mentioned no heat still, another tech came out and he had get on phone with manufacture of the thermostat, they was able to walk him thru to get rid of the error, thinking that my heat was working, come to find out it still wasnt working. But with all this being said they did find errors on my condenser that I wasnt aware that wasnt working. This was a costly job, which at the end heat was working. Finally I called the manufacture of the thermostat and they walk me the process and now I have heat. It was a costly fix and some things they did really shouldn't have been charged.
