Mr Bryant Faust was great! He’s professional, knowledgeable and responds quickly . Our - 17 year old - LG - gas dryer was giving trouble. Very few pwork on LG. He had the parts on the truck and has us up and running in an hour. We will certainly call him for all our other appliances!
Came in got right to the job. Very professional. Knew what he was doing. Advised me what was best for the situation. Very reasonably priced.

Bryant was great! He came shorty after I called him. We just moved into a rental and I thought the issue was my dryer or maybe the vent so I had the repair guy for the landlord here also. Turned out it wasn't the dryer but the dryer vent was clogged and full of water. The landlords repair guy asked him to fix it and he was able to clean the vent out and get us up and running again. Bryant was very professional and very knowledgeable, highly recommend him to anyone needing repair work.

Mr. Bryant was very courteous and professional. He quickly fixed our fridge at a reasonable price.
We talked on Monday I told him what I found wrong sent pictures of the damaged power terminal and model #. He went to Mobile picked up the parts and was at my house Tuesday morning. He repaired the damage and my stove is working fine. I would recommend F&B for any appliance repairs. He also does heat and air and given his knowledge if I need a AC Heat repair I’ll be calling him. Excellent service and very timely response. Was very informative about the cost and most of all, found the issue quickly and saved me money on the original estimate.
Compressor relay quit while away from home. We didn't want to wait too long for a repair so I called 3 repair service companies. One didn't reply, one gave us an appointment 3 days out, and F&B (Bryant) said he could be there in 3 hours. He called ahead that he was enroute (on time). Trouble shot the relay problem, repaired it and charged a fair price. If we have an appliance repair need in the future I will call him first.
Had fan/icing issues with my Samsung refrig - sounded like an airplane at times. I called Mr Bryant Faust early in the morning and he was here by mid-morning. Mr. Bryant knew what the problem was before he got here. He took less than hour to fix the issue, it was a complex fix! Samsung said it would take at least one day to fix the issue as did another local appliance company. Mr. Bryant handles not just refrigs but all appliances and other similair jobs. I would recommend you contact him before you contact anyone else for ANY appliance repair! He finished a job that was scheduled before mine - but he called and kept me posted as to when he would be here so I would not waste my time sitting around waiting on him. I hughly appreciated this. He is now my goto person to fix ANY of my appliances! Ken

Very satisfied with Bryant. He told me the issues with my fridge and was honest when he said it will probably happen again in about 5 months because the issue is very common with samsung refrigerators. Instead of taking my money every 5 months to repair it he suggested just buying a new one. He then recommended the best brands so I wouldn't have similar issues. I highly recommend him and will be using him for any other repairs I will need for my appliances and AC.
Mr Bryant answered my call yesterday afternoon. I explained that another repair company had repaired my front load LG in January and forgot to run the drain line back through the front panel so that I could drain pump and take out catch basket when needed. I had called the other company multiple times to come finish the job correctly and kept getting run around. Mr Bryant showed up at the time he said he would and fixed the issue the morning after I called. I would definitely recommend!
Quick response - came out day of the call to service our stacked washer/dryer combo! Unfortunately we have to replace the washer, but the best thing is that Bryant was up front with us and honest. It's an awesome feeling to know that you aren't being taken advantage of! I would recommend this company to anyone!
