If you are looking for exceptional customer service, technicians who are on-time, go above and beyond expectations and are proud of their work and to please you, the customer - look no further. It’s nice to see customer service still exists, it's a rare find these days! Last, as the CEO of a prominent local company, I know what a great company should look like, from the top leadership to the newest employee, Expert HVAC Services is a solid 5 stars. They have earned my loyalty, try them, you will be very happy you did.
Our air-conditioning went out last summer. We had temporary fix. Had 4 bids Expert HVAC had best price. Our neighbor recommended them. They came out explained what they were doing and got to work. They are the nicest group of guys. They tested everything and showed us how it works. Our ducts were a mess they fixed all of them now heating, and air is evenly distributed through the house. We are so pleased with their work highly recommend them.
These guys are top notch! Had a problem with my heat pump no one could solve. Expert HVAC diagnosed and fixed the issue and followed up to make sure it stayed fixed. Mike was so professional and definitely an expert!
Just got a Nest Thermostat using the rebates offered by APS. The technician, Ray, gave me a 20 min heads-up call & arrived right on time. He checked the compatibility of my unit, then expertly installed it & helped me program it thru my phone app. Thank you so much Gabe, at Expert HVAC! The service is always excellent! Highly recommend!
Gabe was quick to respond for a quote and Patrick and Tyler arrived on time and were able to complete the entire installation of a new A/C and furnace in one day. I am very pleased with Expert HVAC Services and recommend them to anyone needing installation and or repair services for their A/C, furnace,or duct work. You can't go wrong with Expert HVAC Services, they are the best.
What a great company and very professional installation of my new AC and furnace. Wow!! 10/10 for Expert HVAC! I want to mention how pleased I am with this company. The office staff is very friendly and Ray was an amazing technician and such a nice person. This can only happen from the top down … Gabe the owner is that way and hence his employees. I highly recommend this HVAC company!
Both of our air conditioning units went out at the same time in the middle of the summer in Arizona! Gabe not only showed up the same day but fixed it in the same hour! I have never seen a more professional and prompt HVAC service in my life! They literally saved our family. The value for the service was amazing. I would highly recommend this company and Gabe for his extraordinary customer service and dedication to his business. Well done!
I have never asked this company for a quote nor service. However they call me twice a week or more from out of town because i live in Tucson.. I have asked them numerous time to quit calling me but they insist. I can not even block them because they call from a ghosted number each time.
Never used however on 12-16-2021 a received call from Ella trying to schedule an appointment claiming they were raising money for some charity. Tried to explain to her I was on National Do Not Call List and she kept telling me I was rude over and over again. If I tell you I am on that list simply hang up however, to appease her I told her to come on out to service the following day. She continued to call me back asking for more information even after I told her I was on that list and I also told her I was at work and didn't have the time to answer a ton of questions. I finally had to block both numbers she was calling from so she would finally stop calling me. She is in the service industry (or a scam) and this is how she gets new customers by being rude. Hopefully, her calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes so the owner can listen. I would NEVER use a company that treats people like that and they really need to verify that Do Not Call List before they cold call people as the company can face hefty fines under the FTC guidelines. If I receive another call from that company I will turn the company over to the FTC as I am sure I am not the only person Ella is calling claiming to be raising money.
The office staff is wonderful, Ray is awesome he usually does the HVAC SERVICE. calls when he's on his way, and shows up on time. Last year my air conditioner was blowing warm air, I was leaving to go out of town, for work,, I have 3 small dogs, my neighbor checks on, but too hot to leave them in house if air wasn't blowing cold, I called them, told them I had issue, they told me to go to work and not to worry they would be right out and work on it till they get it fixed, all done in a few hours and kept in contact with me, they are very caring. Love these guys. They feel like family
Technicians were reliable and even arrived early! Very professional and very respectful of the environment- they were working on the roof and showed extra care and concern to not damage any tiles as that was the only way to access the ac fan. Company was a referral from my parents who said wonderful things as well! Will keep the recommendations going to my other family and friends as well!
We have had a contract with HVAC for several years. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive and something important to us, they do whatever is necessary to do the job right, but we never feel that they are "up-selling" us.
I use Expert Air for all 18 HVAC units on our home and various rental homes. Gabe and his employees are excellent and professional. I have used them for many years. I have referred them often.
I'm just the lowly tenant, but the owner and I are so happy we contacted Expert. I know that the owner got a perfect system, for a very reasonable price. But, the best part, for me, was the installation happening several days agead of quoted leadtime, and, I love watching expert technicians at work! Pat and Tyler are all about perfection and will not leave until they are completely satisfied, which is a much higher bar than an owner could ever set. I'm tickled, and so is Marge!
One of the best companies I have dealt with! Always great customer service, usually get someone out within in 24 to 48hrs depending on situation. Cost is not too damaging to the wallet. Woukd definitely recommend to family and friends.
We love Expert HVAC - they installed our AC unit a few years ago and still provide us with amazing service. Very responsive and always professional. Will continue to use their services whenever needed!
Called them on a Monday and they were out the same day to assess the issue with my a/c unit. Had a major leak at the coil and parts were no longer available. They did a temporary charge so I had some a/c and installed a new unit 3days later. These guys rock!!
