We were referred to this company through our home owners insurance. We were given a window of 12-5 pm. At 4:00 pm we had still not heard from anyone so we called their office for a status update. Customer service stated that at 1:30 the technician entered us as a “no contact” call, meeting that they were unable to reach us in the window. I took a half day off work to be sure I was available and neither of us had received or missed a phone during that 1:00 hour. The tech had flat out lied about calling us and we offered to show phone records. When I said that to the customer service rep, she said they couldn’t get anyone out until tomorrow morning and was not apologetic or understanding at all! She just kept repeating that “the earliest we can get someone out there is tomorrow” with every concern that we raised. She was so dismissive. We had already been without AC for three days and now they were asking for another day because their tech didn’t do his job. They did not even look into our concerns. We called Morrow Mechanical and they had someone here within an hour and guess what, our AC is already up and running. If you have an option, DO NOT use Expert HVAC repair LLC. If you do not have an option because your insurance sent them, I’d recommend calling them regularly to check on the status of your tech. Don’t wait until the last minute like we did.
REFERRED BY MY HOME WARRANTY. MAX VERY A POOR TECHNICIAN. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DID NOT WEAR BOOTIES NOR A MASK. POOR OVERALL SKILLS. TECHNICIAN WAS AT MY HOUSE FOR LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AND STILL NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM. HE DID NOT TROUBLESHOOT THE PROBLEM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY
Referred by my home warranty for AC repair ... technician was absolutely not interested in troubleshooting or work , only interested in collecting home warranty copay money and gave report based on just 4 min of visit , claim got denied ... called other company , they fixed it in 1 hr and with very reasonable value ... Will NEVER EVER recommend Expert Hvac to anyone! save your time and money
We have been using Expert Air Cooling and Heating for a couple years now for biannual check ups and other HVAC needs. Always great service calling to schedule and the technicians are nice and knowledgeable. They have come out on short notice when our AC went out, and they've installed new thermostats for us too. I highly recommend them!
We bought our house 6 weeks ago. This company sent James out to our house and this man went over everything and explained to me how everything worked and how to clean my Heat Pump. I would recommend this company to anyone. Straight up to the top. We are blessed to have this man and company to service our Heat Pump System. Thank you James and Expert Air. We will see you again in the Spring.
