I don't know I'd called a different company

Patrick was called out to my house because my furnace was running while off he may repairs in the amount of $350 for a furnace compactor. My furnace not to long after started running on its on again, I called Patrick back out to my home. I explained that my furnace is still running while it’s off he explained the repairs he made previously must have been needed, Wow! He went on to say he could repair my furnace for $600, I let Patrick know he should leave my home immediately because I no longer wanted any service he was offering. He then went on to say that he can repair my furnace for $380 I said no thank you, at the end of our conversation as he was packing up to leave he said if I change my mind he can do the job for $390. You never did the job you were called out to do originally so no thank you. Patrick was very unprofessional he didn’t understand the assignment and instead of getting clear instructions he fixed what he thought was the problem it was wrong and cost me $350, my furnace continues to run I will never use his service again.
They were extremely professional, polite, informative and on time. They discussed the process, price and even counted all the vents in my home before beginning. I greatly appreciated that. We are very pleased with their service. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future and will be calling them back for their services. All around 10 out 10
Patrick was great. He was on time and very knowledgeable. Definitely will use them again and we highly recommend.
Patrick explained the capacitor problem thoroughly and in layman terms. He was even nice enough to double check the Nest thermostat wiring that I did myself.
Great work! Fast service . Was able to come out same day . I called other companies who didn’t answer or couldn’t come out till later in the week . My grandpa is on hospice and needs ac to be comfortable. They will definitely be my got to HVAC from now on .
They came out the next day, and was affordable in the middle of summer.
Patrick was right on time. Looked at my ac, explained what the problem was and what part was needed. Ordered it, installed it snd we had ac. It was really hot so I couldn't of been happier.. There were no hidden cost. It was all good.
Patrick was able to come out within the hour. The issue was not the heater but how the thermostat was set up. Patrick diagnosed and resolved the problem.
Thank you for your help on this hot day greatly appreciated that you were able to come out the same day. We greatly appreciate the service and will have our unit serviced every season to ensure our A/C unit is functioning as it should when needed.
Tech came to our home rechared our system replaced thermostat to a modern version and we are verry happy with this service verry kind and kurteous tech thank you.
