Patrick has performed several repairs around my house. He has repaired my air conditioner, repaired a leaking bathtub faucet and installed a ring security system. He is very knowledgeable about most aspects of home repair. What we appreciate most is his calm and friendly demeanor around our pets, two large loud dogs. An absolute must contact if you need something done around the house.

I had an emergency issue with our heater on a weeknight and I needed someone right away. I looked up local help and I came across Exclusive Heating & Air. Patrick was the person I spoke with and he was extremely helpful at such a late hour. He was able to come out immediately and help out with our heat. He was very punctual for such a late call and very well presented. He arrived precisely when he estimated, was extremely friendly & knowledgeable, and appeared trust worthy. (Which I was concerned with, because it was late and don't particularly like having strangers over at such a late hour). I definitely recommend requesting for Patrick and I fully intend on seeking his help on future needs.
I called them an they were really fast at showing up, he was very clear in explaining the issue to me and breaking down all of what thr cost was, which was VERY REASONABLE by the way. Havent had a problem since then. Very satisfied with my service would definitely recommend.
