Fast and best price service around the county
Note: I seldom write reviews, but really felt compelled to this time around... One of the hottest days this summer and of course the air conditioning decided to give. Tried a few things on my own but eventually gave in to find an expert. After searching for some local options, I found the reviews for Exclusive to be glowing. I called almost immediately (10:45PM at night) and Jill actually answered the call, carved out an appointment for the next day, and based on other reviews, I requested Anthony who she was able to schedule for my time. After scheduling, she even called back immediately to let me know the tech recommended to keep the AC off to prevent potential further damage. Awesome! Next day, Anthony shows up as scheduled and gets straight to work while informing me of every step in identifying what the parts are, what looks normal and what doesn’t, and then proceeding to test out what was shot and what was still working. It turned out that my AC blew a fuse and there was visible damage to wires and the contactor which were burnt to a crisp. Anthony was clearly knowledgeable and was eager to help me understand what’s happening. Upon nearing completion of the work, Anthony also recommended certain things I can do to maintain the health of my AC unit, such as cleaning out the coils. And just when he finished explaining, he proceeded to demonstrate and do the cleaning himself so I can see how to do it next time. He had the system up and running in no time and what I anticipated to be a huge cost turned out to be a very reasonable and small expenditure to get my AC up and running to blow ice-cold air once again. Highly recommend using them, I have them on speed dial in case of any future needs. Thanks, Jill and Anthony!
We engaged EXCLUSIVE Heating and Air Conditioning to service two HVAC units at our residence. Jill, who answers and schedules the calls, visits etc. was extremely helpful and professional. Anthony, the technician who serviced the units was extremely knowledgeable. The visit was scheduled almost right away. Anthony explained what needed to do for the two AC units in a very methodical way and went about to complete the job. The company is very honest and technically sound. I endorse them without any reservation. I am a very happy customer and will be happy to provide any other info. Glad to find such an honest business people in today's world.
Exclusive is an incredible, honest company. My heat wasn't working so I called them based off the great reviews, and I was not disappointed. They were able to come out the same day I called; it turned out my fan had stopped blowing. They had a new fan up and running before noon the next day. Seriously, don't worry - this is the company to call. They were upfront about the cost, and the cost ended up being exactly what they said it would be (no surprises). You can just tell when a company is honest, and this company definitely is. As an aside, the technician I worked with, Anthony, was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to explain how my heating & cooling worked. We ended up just talking and joking around while he fixed my system. Could not recommend his services more highly, in particular. All around, an impeccable experience.
After move to house on summer day HVAC was not woking kids are really uncomfortable on the first night so next day call several one and get connected to them , The Guy came after 3-4 hour from schedule time that I can understand may be he stuck on work,but when he came to my house he take a look on Air handler and took30 minutes to open air filter( that I open in a minutes when I replace few days back) then issue is Freon is not presesnt so he need to fill freon gas (Market rate to fill Freon is 50/lb and 250 for 5lb ususally) but I was in panic so he ask for 650 and after negociation its reach to 550, there were issue in the valve as per him and he took 6hr to open valve and fill Freon gas and asking me more money and end up paying 600 . I changed Rating to 5Star as work was excellent no doubt.
I'd like to start off by saying Anthony turned a disaster into a wonderful experience. It's very rare to have someone come and serve a drain problem with so much knowledge, patience and determination. My husband and I previously had someone come out for the same problem with negative results. We googled sewer and drain companies and I stumbled across Exclusive. We read the reviews and gave them a call. There was no automated tape we spoke directly to Jill and within hours that same day Anthony came and worked hard to resolve our drain issue. We had a very positive experience with EXCLUSIVE Heating & Air conditioning and their workers this Summer 2018. Specifically, if you call them with any problem, ask for Anthony. He is a very knowledgeable worker, and he does his job very thoroughly. The work he did in our house in Edison on installing a new AC unit was excellent. In addition, the communication/scheduling/timing with their secretary over the phone was all smooth and efficient. We had a problem with one of our AC units in June 2018 and asked them to fix it. Anthony came and did a great job. He first tried hard to carefully investigate the problem and see if we could fix the existing unit, because it would save us some money. Unfortunately, after several days and several attempts to identify and measure the leak, it became clear that it was way too small to detect it reliably and repair the unit. So decision was made to replace it. Anthony worked on replacing it very hard for the whole day, and he did a very thorough job. After the job was done on 06/20/2018, the new unit now works fine. Anthony was very dedicated and responsible, coming exactly at the agreed time each day and working on the problem until it was fixed. He is also very well professionally equipped, and it looks like he really knows what he is doing. I highly recommend this company and Anthony.
It was a hot Sunday (07/15) and guess what, the AC went kaput. It wont work and there just a whirring noise in the outside unit. With kids in the house and the interiors getting sultry, I frantically started to look out for some professionals who also work on Sundays. Thankfully Jill was very considerate and accommodated an appointment with Anthony. He was prompt on arriving at the said time and Jill gave me a call to confirm.. Highly professional and impressive.. There was an issue with the run capacitor and gas leakage. Anthony explained me the whole problem and additionally gave very helpful tips on the upkeep of HVAC. He spent about 3 hours at my place and charged me 385 dollars to replace the capacitor and refill the gas. On that day in my state of mind I would have paid any amount to get my A/C fixed -:) Overall great job and highly recommend this company!!
My airconditioner broke down and Jill was very prompt in sending out Anthony who was already on the road. It was a very hot day 😓. I must say Anthony was very honest and knew his job. Thank you Exclusive heating and Air 🙌🏽
Thanks Jill for her guidence / followups put the process in the proper track .. to reach high level expectations .. Anthony fixed issues .. troubleshooting step by step , no compromise until reach the expected results.. Soo impressed on his hardwork .. no break until finishes the work irrespect of weather and time we are enjoying hole family after fixing the 2nd zone a/c unit.. First, I would like to say thank you for the great customer service provided by Jill and awesome job to Anthony. When I needed help, I called Exclusive heating and Jill listened to me and sent the right person right on time. Thanks to Anthony, he found the problem and solved it with a reasonable price. He explained the problem and gave me the options which was very helpful because who ever came before for that problem, couldn’t fix it. And the problem kept repeating. With Exclusive heating, Anthony and Jill’s help, I don’t have to worry about my sewer line anymore.
What an AMAZING company !!!! From the minute I called and spoke with Jill, I knew I was in good hands. Not only was she kind, compassionate, and understanding, but her knowledge was really comforting. When she heard the panic in my voice, she did everything in her power to get a technician to my home ASAP. 2 hours later, Anthony was at my door. I have never met a more knowledgeable person in his field and I trusted him immediately. Problem fixed and he explained everything to me. He is just awesome. This company has a customer for life. A great company to work with. Jill was very helpful on the phone to schedule me in and answer any quesiton that i had. Anthony came over the very next day to fix my air condition. He examined my unit and explained to me exactly whats wrong with it and what need to be done. i would recommend them to my friends and family!

Great company and service. Had a water leakage in my patio and thought it was the Central Air unit. Called them in the morning and they were able to send a technician to take a look at the water leakage within the same day. The technician came earlier than the scheduled appointment (the sooner the better). He was able to diagnose the problem to the water heater and from his experience recommended me on what to do. Exclusive Heating, Air Conditioning, Sewer & Drain Service LLC cares about it's customers in a timely and professional manner. If PSEG couldn't send a technician to fix the issue in a timely manner (like 2 days to send someone in), I would definitely hire this company to service my HVAC and piping. It might be more expensive, but it is worth it. Thank you
Wow, what superb service!! With the hot temp of 88 today and no air, I called Exclusive and explained I had an elderly parent at home with health issues. Exclusive sent a service rep out within the hour while others could not come out for a few days. I will definitely use Exclusive again and refer them to family and friends!! I highly recommend this company. The service that I received was excellent. When they tell you they will be there within the time period, they definitely are. Very honest and friendly workers. Please use this company when you need services. I had no A/C for a day 1/2 and Anthony survived my evening. I can now sleep comfortable thanks to Anthony. He thoroughly explained the service and how to maintain my unit; and answered all my questions. I definitely have save Exclusive number for any other services i may have. I will recoomend my family and friends.
