I highly recommend. After price checking with many people, they were the most reasonable and they had great service. The staff is kind and made of hard workers. I’ve contacted them twice and each time, I wasn’t disappointed. Two thumbs up.
Thank you Excellence AC & Heating for installing a new AC in our home. On the day of installation, Tom and his team arrived punctually and completed the installation process smoothly. They were professional and very courteous. They followed up a couple of days later to make sure that the house was cooling well and everything was working as expected. Tom gave us an excellent service to replace a non-functioning HVAC unit. He offered us the best lowest price possible. He gave us the date and time of install, was prompt. He and his crew were quite professional in doing the job in time and complete, tidy and left no sight of debris. Thanks to Tom and his crew. We highly recommend Tom and his team! Tom is honest and professional. He came to our house and examined both unit, He is not pushing at any sales to us, all he did was to give us his honest feedback. We end up changed the upstair unit, he worked with our busy schedule and get the job done promptly. He offers really reasonable prices and provides the quality support after ac unit being installed!

Tom was prompt and thorough! I had him do a complete new ac unit on both sides of my duplex. He worked through some challenges with great solutions and had both units installed in 2 days. I used Excellence AC & Heating recommended by a friend. The service (install a new furnace) was done correctly and very quickly. The initial estimate was 2 hours but it was done in 90 minutes. I will use them again next time I need AC & heating services.

I was not looking forward to replacing our old HVAC system with a new one. Communicating and meeting with various contractors was only reinforcing my concerns. Fortunately I came across a posting by Excellence AC & Heating, and the entire experience was great! From the beginning Tom and the team were easygoing , super helpful, and most importantly, they took the time to listen to all of my questions, concerns, preferences, and even ramblings at times. During the entire time I never once felt pressured by them. Their pricing is by far the most reasonable which was one of my biggest concerns. The quality of their work and the finished product was also incredible! I highly recommend going with this company and the wonderful people there. I'll be seeing them for every annual maintenance and any other air-conditioning and heating related work needed.
