This was my second time using this awesome company and Daniel did not disappoint me one bit. He was absolutely amazing for taking the time out to explain everything I needed to know, he took pictures for me to send to my rental company to inform them of potential issues. Daniel was very knowledgeable & helped me understand the issue with my AC. From the initial call to the office to schedule an inspection to Daniel’s visit, the service has been professional , friendly, and quick on responding. They made my issue an urgent matter by scheduling Daniel the next day after my call. I very much appreciate the visit today as I felt it was honest. Thank you.
Excellence AC and Heating live up to their name. They are excellent. Their crew came to my house and did an outstanding job! It didn’t matter the time, they stayed until the job was completed. Excellence crew made sure that the new until was cooling the house. They were courteous, and very knowledgeable of their craft. Once the project was completed they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure that I was satisfied with the results. When you have need of any A/C or heating unit issues , call the company that stands for excellent service, contact Excellence A/C and heating, you will not be disappointing! Oh and the pricing is Excellent too!

This local family owned company is absolutely the best AC service we have ever used, and that’s not an exaggeration. They are honest, reasonable, efficient, caring and quick to respond. After shopping around, they gave us the best deal on a new unit. Everyone from office staff to the technicians went over and above to make sure everything was to our satisfaction from start to finish. After completing the work and as we were chatting with the lead technician, Tom, and before he left, he once again on his own went up in the attic to take one last look to make sure everything was working well. A few days later, the owner called us to make sure everything was ok. Would like to also point out that we have home repair insurance, which we called on them first, but after they came out to give us an estimate on repairs or replacement, we didn’t feel they were correct or honest and decided we were better off not using them. That was the best decision we made in this instance and we’re fortunate to have found Excellence A/C & Heating.
Tom was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable! He didn't need to repair anything on this trip but I will absolutely be calling them again when another issue arises. Thank you Tom and Excellence A/C and Heating!

Daniel was an excellent technician He was on time and professional. Daniel explained to me why my HVAC system was having trouble and He did a thorough check of my venting system throughout the home please give this man a raise.

Excellence Air replaced our AC unit a couple of weeks ago. I got three quotes and they gave me the best price. The technicians did a great the job in a few hours. I highly recommend them!
I called Tom after received referral to Excellence A/C & Heating on Nextdoor after my upstairs A/C system gave up last July. Tom was very professional and friendly through out the entire process from the 1st inspection to after-installation visit. We are happy with the HVAC system they installed for us. So, we decided to replace our 31-year old downstairs HVAC system, and asked Excellence A/C & Heating to install the 2nd new HVAC system for us last week.
Tom was very knowledgable , on time and very polite . Office staff was is very courteous and quick to send estimates . My AC is better than ever . Thank you for a good service call.

I have had Excellence AC working on my systems for several years now. It is a fantastic group of individuals. I'm the sort of person that likes to watch and learn while they work. The technicians never seem to mind and are happy to teach me. They always present options when hardware needs to be replaced. Pricing is as good as it gets too! The technician (Tom) was very helpful and kept me updated on all progress. The office staff was very accommodating on the schedule. I will keep them as my go to for a/c work.
