The gentleman who came to look at my air conditioner was obviously very knowledgeable and tried very hard to fix my 25+ yr old unit, then came back again later to work on it some more when the temperature in the house did not go down enough. He was very kind, polite, friendly and I am so thankful to Raul for fixing my problem in the middle of a heat wave and on a holiday weekend when everyone else was closed!

Very professional and fair on price. Was able to get my heat fixed next day. Also very responsive. He actually called me back in a timely fashion unlike other companies when they miss a call. Would recommend him to anyone that needs AC or heating repairs

As a multiple real estate owner, one of the most challenging tasks is finding good > great contractors/repairmen. Heating and air contractors are no exception. HVAC companies are like used car lots: Buyer Beware! Pricing is all over the place; the competency and care by the tech is everything. Excel Tech is a lucky find. I’ve slowly increased their work with each ‘A’ rated job. My first call to them was to troubleshoot why a townhouse winter gas bill was almost $300. Turns out a large duct was disconnected from the trunk venting heated air into the attic. After the Excel Tech repair, the next gas bill was reduced by $50. Another company did not find the problem. On another job Excel Tech advised me of a water leak near the crawlspace blower allowing me to call the plumber back to fix his recent work. Don’t hesitate to call Excel Tech and mark another one of life’s challenges off your list.
I’ve had multiple service appointments with 2 homes and been super happy. One home had AC problems and their service technician (Raul) came out very quickly (~24-48hr) and identified the issue. Cost to fix was very reasonable. He also gave a recommendation how to monitor the problem moving forward. Given such great service I proceeded with scheduling a pro-active service contract for my primary home. He first came out in the Summer and while I was not having any AC problems and he was able to identify some lower performance numbers. I could have held off until things broken but per Raul’s recommendation I applied a fix. Again, very reasonably priced. Then he came out in the Fall for winter inspection. He identified that my electronic controller was not functioning with the heat correctly. Again, Raul corrected the issue. These service appointments will help to elongate my HVAC and Compressor long term and the cost for his proactive services was very well priced. I’m a happy customer and will look again to Excel Tech for any of my future heating and air needs.
I have owned residential real estate for 48 years and Excel Tech Heating and Air Conditioning is the best HVAC contractor I have ever worked with. Very responsive, prompt, and professional. I had a natural gas leak underneath my house last winter. He spent all afternoon repairing the problem. Although his part was complete he stayed into the evening waiting for the gas company to inspect the line so heating could be restored. They recently replaced my air conditioning system. They arrived at 7:00 AM on Saturday as promised. Worked in temperatures of 90 degrees plus and had the new system installed and running by early afternoon. Before the afternoon was over they had emailed me the registration information for the new system and to confirm the system was performing properly. I recommend this company with no reservations. I called them on morning of Memorial Day when my AC stopped cooling and they were prompt in helping me in time. After they arrived they walked me step by step showing good and bad numbers in the system and verified the whole house after they fixed it. I would recommend them for sure .. !
The service was stellar. I had to have a new HVAC system installed and from the consultation to installation, the service was superior. I knew what to expect price, time of service, ect. the whole way through. There were two techs ( Raul and another tech) and they worked diligently to get my installation completed in a reasonable time. They noted some leaking that was originating in my attic.They made sure and tackle that task to ensure I had no lingering issues when they left. The AC that evening was perfect. I'm so happy and satisfied with the service provided. If you're looking for a true professional that will do exactly what they say, keep it honest and remove all the boxing and left order supplies when done, give them a call.
