They do a great job and very reasonable price. Great customer service as well - really explained the issue, the fix they were performing, and provided some handy maintenance tips.
I am extremely happy with the service that Will rendered my furnace system. I'd reached out to about 6 different heating companies yesterday in my emergent scramble to get my heating issue resolved before the freeze and Will answered me within the hour of my inquiry. We set up next day scheduling to which he assessed the situation, figured out what the problem was, provided me solutions, and executed finding the part I needed, and installing it. Will took about 45 minutes to get my heat back up and running and has provided me more answers about my AC/Heating unit than anyone has (I have a homeowners warranty) in the 3 years I've been in my home. He's definitely locked in as my go to person regarding HVAC! Thank you Will for your time and dedication to your craft!

Excel Houston A/C installed a New Air Handler, Condenser and Ductwork at our home. Mr. William and his crew did an excellent job of removal and installation. His professionalism from the time he came to quote and measure was done in excellence. He was able to answer all the questions I had concerning the process which made it easy to allow him to do the work. I would highly recommend them for any A/C issues you may have. I've called on Excel on 2 separate occasions for two completely different reasons. Hopefully I will not have anymore problems with my A/C but if I do I'll definitely be calling Excel again. They were able to get the job diagnosed and repaired promptly, and at a competitive price. William even explained and answered the many questions my wife and I had with no problem!
On time very professional I will be using him in the future for all of my a/c and heating work 💪

Everyone at Excel was beyond helpful with my AC needs. The technician William that came out was very informative with what was wrong. He explained everything to me, on terms that I can understand. Plus gave me some tips on how to keep my unit run well.
I’ll highly recommend these gentleman at Excel A/C & Heating! They were not only very prompt for the appointment but also very knowledgeable about preventive maintenance and helped me understand how my system worked. After they diagnosed the problem, they were actually able to repair the equipment instead of trying to sell me a new system. It saved me a significant amount of money. They definitely earned a customer for life!
