They came to fix an issue w my A/C unit, now it’s only running heat.
This is a joke of a company. Don’t expect anything quick from them. How do you leave a customers AC broken in the summer in Florida..
I have to give a negative review because these people rent apartments with broken A/C. How are you going to own a HVAC company and rent out properties where the a/c doesn’t work? Fix you’re own s***
My friends AC has not worked in months. They FINALLY show up to put in a "NEW" unit and it doesn't work either. Wouldn't recommend to my biggest enemy.
They don't repair anything unless they can make a profit. Just be aware that as a cash customer, you may get service..... but if anything ever happens requiring them to come back out on their dime.... you're left high and dry.
I've been without ac for months at the mercy of this company. Lazy, terrible management.
They quickly zeroed in on the issue as a bad sensor and replaced it and the thermostat at a very fair price. A previous contractor couldn’t figure it out and made me pay for items and services that were not needed. Everest 1 is awesome! Friendly, honest, and fair.
