Wouldn't even give 1 star! Terrible...waited 6 months for my fridge to get fixed they refused to answer my calls or emails and my warranty company. They took my $75 service charge and did nothing! They put a hold on my work order took me weeks to get another contractor. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!

Alvin has been out a few time to repair our appliances. He is professional always ready to answer my question and offers tip to keeping our appliances running efficiently.
Alvin, with Everest Air & Appliance Repair, has assisted us in the past. He has always been such a pleasure to have working on our repairs, courtesy, professional and goes above and beyond to help! He even gave me advice and tips on how to change the airflow in my house so that more heat goes to our bathroom. He's the best!
From the beginning in the office talking from Heather or Raven. To the Technician coming out rather it’s Alvin, Josh, or Ryan it’s been easy. They are all Ethical, they know what they are doing, and a pleasure to work with. I won’t let my home warranty company just send out anybody I want only Everest air and appliance company out. They are very knowledgeable and they explain things very well. I will only refer this company out I highly recommend them. For all of your air condition, HVACC, and appliance needs. So if you are looking on a reliable and ethic company Everest air and appliance is the one for you.
I bought an old house 4 years ago when Alvin was working for a company who worked with my home warranty I had that 1st year. I've had other appliance companies out but Alvin is now the only one I trust. He got my AC running, fixed my stovetop and now my oven. I'm on a tight budget with no home warranty. Thank you Alvin!!

Josh came out to fix our Samsung washer and did a awesome job. They called and set the appointment up right away, then called when on their way, arrived within 3 minutes of the stated time, and was very professional. Had to order parts but kept me up to date. Would use them again for sure.

Everest has done a few jobs at my home, including the install of a dishwasher. They have always arrived at the time they promised, consistently done excellent work, and were always careful to not leave a mess after they finished. I would recommend them highly for their promptness and high-quality work.
