I hired Cayce to install a new heat pump unit. It was a $7687.00 job. When cold weather came, I turned the heat on and no heat. I called him, no call back. I have dealt with this situation for months now. It is now warmer weather and it doesn't cool either. I have called him seven times and text messaged several times. He will say he will be here and doesn't show up, no phone call either. Just a few nights ago I talked with him, he said he was in his truck and on the way. He never showed up. All he talks about is his personal issues with family and other customers. Avoid the trouble a few of us are having, and use someone else. I am filing a complaint with ROC tomorrow. He admitted it was his fault, reversing a heat pump filter, yet after months he hasn't offered to fix his mistake.
Hired Evercool to replace my ac last summer. Did a decent job at the time, except he left the old air handler in my attic and said he would come back to get it and never did. It's still there. Also said he would come back to to repair some ceiling work from getting the new air handler in the attic and never did. In Jan my heater and ac both stopped working. I have been trying to get him to come back for a month to fix it, since it is "under warranty" from his install. His voicemail is always full and he doesn't answer calls. Text is the only way to get ahold of him. In the course of a month, 3 different times he said he was coming over, then just no called/no showed. He has straight ignored me for 3 weeks. Most recently I got ahold of him again and all he does is talk about his personal problems. "I lost my contacts", "who is this again", "oh my car got broken into", "my tools got stolen", "someone hit my truck", "my trailer got stolen", "someone is breaking into my house", "I have a flat tire". That was the same exact thing he said when I talked to him a month ago and he said he was coming the first time. After listening to all that again, he again agreed to come fix it, then never did. Extremely unreliable. Never again would I use this person. Terrible all the way around.
Do not use this company. His legal troubles are mounting. He installed my unit incorrectly. He thinks he did a good job. I have two other companies that verified this. Casey is not to be trusted. I spent 1000.00 so far and and needs anther 1800.00 to fix the install. He is a one man band and should be avoided at ll costs. Failed business.
Put in a unit that isn't right for our business and wont return phone calls . Nor has he done the yearly service we paid for .. Having our attorney work on it . please its very frustrating dont use Casey .
