Response time was phenomenal, Frank took great care of us and saved us some money
A neighbor referred us to Even-Flo shortly after we moved here. We wanted to upgrade our furnace and A/C systems to more efficient models. Frank, the owner, came over the same day that we called for an appointment. He looked over our existing systems, discussed the pro's and con's of several levels of replacement equipment, and promised an estimate based upon our preferences, which we received from him within two days: the price was very reasonable, and our choice enabled us to get an income tax credit that year as well. The installation went well, and we were always called well ahead of time about any schedule changes. A problem with the A/C fan mechanism occurred about two weeks later. Frank came out immediately after we called, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it temporarily while he ordered a replacement part. Because we were so pleased with the entire experience, we have been using Even-Flo ever since for check-ups on the furnace and A/C. We highly recommend them for their good advice, reasonable prices, and excellent communication and follow-up with clients.
