Ross is extremely professional and friendly. He goes above and beyond what’s even required of him and only considered himself finished when I was 100 percent happy with the job. Ross changed my family's life! We have been living in a manufactured home with no heat or aircon for 3.5 years. No one else would help us clean, repair, and install everything we needed to make our house liveable. You can really tell Ross cares because he has done everything he could to improve our quality of life, not just the HVAC. I will always call him first for anything that we need done to the home, because he is the most trustworthy guy I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. After being taken advantage of by another business, he even chose to help me and make things right. This house can be a home now, and I owe it all to Ross King of Even Air!
We recently purchased a new home. The previous owners could not offer much information regarding the HVAC & AC systems. Even Air Solutions came out & did a very thorough check of our systems, and assured us everything was in good working condition. In addition, they gave us pointers on how to maintain our systems & keep them running efficiently.
Couldn’t have asked for better service. Ross went above and beyond. The air quality in my home is much better now. We had black mold and pet dander in our old fiberboard ducting. Ross removed the moldy ducting and cleaned everything through the whole system. The kids are no longer coughing and sneezing. The difference is like night and day, just amazing.

Excellent service, owner took extra time to show me all aspects of the heating/cooling & piping giving me multiple options for different levels of repair and replacement. I'll benefit from the knowledge on maintaining my house value and healthy living environment.
Ross came out faster than anyone else, and called beforehand. Over the phone he was able to almost entirely diagnose the problem, but still came out quickly to make sure. Helps your understand and gives plenty of piece of mind, will recommend to anyone in need from now on

If you’re looking for a company that genuinely care about people then you definitely need to give Even Air Solutions a call! Even though my situation couldn’t get fixed he stayed on the phone with me to help me find a solution. Great company! I’d give 10 stars if I could.
Money Well Spent!! AC compressor and lines were freezing over causing AC units to blow warm air. Ross et team (on short notice) quickly diagnosed and resolved the issues(see photos). Now the AC units are blowing ice cold air!! The wife and kids are walking around the house with their blankets in tow!!!! Hands down you can trust Ross and his team to solve your problems at a fair price!!!
Ross and his team were very professional and we are so pleased with the quality of work. They replaced our entire HVAC system/encapsulated our crawl space and the air in the house is way better than before. As a mother with another on the way, it is great peace of mind to know that the air we are breathing in the house is fresh and clean. They also cleaned and sanitized all the vents (something I had tried to do many times but obviously did not have the right products). What a difference. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help with your HVAC.
Ross was sooooooo helpful he really is a God sent. Here I was about to get ripped off by another company. He came right over educated me on what could possibly be wrong with my unit and all I can say is thank God we are cool again. There is nothing like someone who responds quickly explains your issue to you and provides you fair and affordable options to fix it. Thank you sooooo much Ross.
Moved HVAC system up into the attic. I was having issues with keeping temperatures steady upstairs and down stairs. He added electric damper system so that now I have two zones now. Since having the new system in the balance has been amazing. System has helped balance temperature across the house.
I had Even Air Solutions replace our first-floor HVAC system—ducts and all—three years ago. We were so pleased with the experience and the work that we had them come back and do the same for our second-floor system two years later, this time with an air purifier. Ross and his team are professional, courteous, and truly interested in finding the best solution for your needs. We’ve noticed a big difference in air quality. Our allergies have not been nearly as bad, and knowing we have clean air is a relief. The systems have also allowed for temperature balancing, which has been really nice for those rooms that get hotter or colder. I know if I need anything else, my first call will be to Ross.
We had Even Air Solutions replace our entire home’s 40-year-old ducting system in early 2020 and they did a phenomenal job! So, when our AC system went out last summer, we called them to replace it, but needed them to deal with our home warranty company which was not easy. Ross, spent an enormous amount of time dealing with them. Compounding the issue was the fact that we needed it resolved quickly as my 95-year-old mother-in-law lives with us and the temperatures in the house were reaching into the 90s. Ross moved around his schedule to get a complete system installed on a Saturday at no additional charge. Ross truly cares about his customers and is extremely passionate about what he does and never cuts corners! This acknowledgement was long overdue but very deserving. We look forward to working with Even Air Solutions in the future.
The Even Air team came to my home to troubleshoot an issue with my AC unit. They were extremely easy to work with, responsive and worked with the highest sense of urgency. They kept digging through the issue until they found the root cause. Once identified, they even called the manufacturer to claim the spare parts as they researched my unit was still under warranty. The price was very reasonable as well, it was a great experience!
Ross does not know hvac well at all. I think he smooth talked his way to people who don't know anything about hvac. When I had him come out to quote me a new unit, I busted him on numerous lies. For example on r-22, the low side is typically in the neighborhood of 70/75 psi, he told me he charges systems to over 100 psi on the low side. At first I thought he was referring to the new 421a, when I asked, he clarified he was talking about r-22. He also said he would top my r-22 system off with mo99. Which it's illegal to mix refrigerants, but he tried to sell it to me as a drop in replacement that could go in my unit. Keep in mind that no refrigerants can be mixed. In my case r-22 and mo99 use two different types of oil. Over time, the oils will turn into a sludge inside your compressor and cause premature failure. Also, mixed refrigerants are expensive to separate and process. I'm not sure if he's removing all of the negative reviews or if he's only dealing with people he can sucker. I'm shocked that he has an almost 5 star rating.
Ross and his team go above and beyond. He will also go out of his way to connect you with the right people to fix any other issues he happens upon. On his first initial visit just to check everything out and figure out what way going on (mind you this was at almost 8:00pm the day we called him) he fixed some small thing that he happened to find while he was down in the crawl space. He’s extremely professional and knowledgeable about more than just HVAC.
