Update: The unit still has a coolant leak after over $6k in repairs but of course didn't find this out until the following season. Scam alert! Never deal with this company. There's something fishy with this place. So here's my experience with the company. Last year they came out and replaced a coil that had a leak. The part was on back order and it took about 2 months for the part to arrive. I understand this is not under the company's control. I was told by them they could add coolant to the system that might "work for a month" to provide cold air until the part arrived and that the coolant that was remaining could be reclaimed and used to fill the new part when it arrived. I don't remember the exact cost but it was over $1000. Well the coolant that they added only lasted for 24 hours and apparently leaked out completely. When the new part arrived I had to pay AGAIN to completely fill it with coolant because none was remaining. Wether I was lied to or it was an honest mistake is anyone's guess. After the repair the unit was "functional" but didn't seem to be as cold as it used to be. Since that time the unit has just gone out almost a year later and I'm waiting to hear if the problem is related to the repair they did, at this point I don't know but I will update my post when I hear back on it. Another strange thing is the company has seemingly changed phone numbers 3 times since then so I don't know if I'm calling the right number. Of course they recommended a new unit as all these places do because they would rather just sell a new unit. But now I have a home warranty that comes out and seems to fix these problems in 5 minutes. Just get a home warranty so you don't have to deal with these types of companies with shady practices.
I would NOT recommend my worst enemy to use these people! They do nothing but lie & sell you things you DON'T need while talking down about every other company out there!! They also tell you to rate them 5 stars and you will get $50.00 in gift cards, another LIE!!! So sad that they have to steal & lie to make money!! What a NIGHTMARE of an experience!!! They never even fixed my unit and still charged me $700.00. I called out Oasis and they did a simple repair that was covered under my warranty and repaird my unit. Evan's or Derrick, whoever runs that place didn't bother to let me know my unit was under warranty!! They will tell you whatever to make a buck! They should be absolutely ashamed to try and sell you things you DON'T need!!! They take 100% advantage of people, that is the business they are in!!!
Tiffany was super friendly and nice. And when the techs arrived Derek and Blake they both where just as friendly. I will definitely be using them again. Its hard to find exceptional customer service nowadays but these guys have 💯 percent excellent service.
I highly recommend you use Evans Heating and Air Conditioning. Tiffany was so helpful when scheduling out my service and their technicians were very thorough when troubleshooting our unit. They found the issue with the leaking coil and repaired it in a matter of days once the part arrived. I had previously worked with 2 other companies who I had trouble with scheduling and rude technicians who refused to go into the attic and further troubleshoot. Which in the end, is where the issue was located. A completely different experience with Evan’s as they not only resolved my issue, but also took the time to explain to me the issue and how it would be resolved. I would use them again in a heart beat.
Very pleasant experience with this company…there techs were very knowledgeable and professional, they troubleshot my problem with my mini split unit and was able to get it working properly. Would def recommend their services!
Called Evans air today to work on an old unit. They came out last week and did some fixes, but let me know with the age of the unit there could be issues. When I had to call again, they made it a priority to to see me the day of. Luckily, it was something relatively minor again. The technicians are friendly and answered all of my questions. I think as consumers we are all looking for value. I feel like I've found it with this company. Highly recommend!
Just had the guys from EVANS HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING come out to repair my unit that stopped blowing that life saving elixar Monday night around 10:00 p.m. I spent all Tuesday morning reading reviews and calling around trying to find a reputible company to repair my AC unit. Thank God I found EVANS , I spoke with Tiffany who was super polite and professional and to my suprise was able to schedule an appointment for this morning! That was amazing everyone else who i was able to get a hold of stated a week or two before they could come out. I explained to Tiffany I was heat sensitive because of medications I take and health issues and she went out of her way to find me an opening....thank you so much Tiffany. Derek and his partner arrived on scheduled and were so friendly and took the time ask what the issues were with my AC unit and listened to what i gad to say. Derek explained the steps they were going to take to diagnose the problems and do an overall inspection of the unit. They quickly found the issue (a burnt out capacitor) and after a thorough cleaning ( a service which I paid another company supposedly to do last summer, which they obviously didn't do) but anyways in less that 45 minutes the unit was fixed and cooling the house again. Thanks guys for your great service! So glad i called EVANS HEATING and AC, great company that provides quality service.
Awesome experience! I called them out to get I thermostat installed they where able to squeeze me in the next day... Dereck was our technician very honest, fast, knowledgeable and professional would recommend them to anyone and absolutely a great value !

Had problems with ducts producing air and dust, causing severe allergies in our household. Derek came out very quickly, and was very informative in finding a solution. Derek promptly provided an estimate and, we are so happy to have clean air finally. Completely satisfied with the service we received, and would truly recommend for anyone that suffers from allergies.
5/27/2020 I called Evan's to come out and service my AC unit before a heat wave hit. they came out and after they left, my house began to get warmer a few hours later. The next day, it was clear the unit was not working. The next two days were extremely hot and it was unbearable. I called my home warranty company and they sent a guy out. I explained to him that I just had the unit serviced and what had happened. He knew in 30 seconds what was wrong. It was the capacitor. Update: 05/31/2020 I spoke with Derek Medina (who serviced our AC unit). He clarified some of the issues that he found along with an explanation on why the job was incomplete. He was very professional, respectful, and gave me a chance to explain my grievances. After speaking with him I will work with the company again and give them a chance to earn my business.
The technicians were prompt,professional, Derrick walked me through the steps and process and explained the work and what was needed to be done to remedy the problem. Derrick was honest and I really appreciate his integrity.
I was looking for an a/c service since my unit hadn't been dealt with in over 2 years. When I called Evans they where very friendly and easy to deal with on the phone and make an appointment. When Derek Martina came out he was easy to talk to and made everything simple to understand. He made it easy to make a decision on what I needed to do and gave optoins on what I could do. The biggest thing was that he made sure I understood how things worked and needed to be fixed. They where very professional and easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them time and time again.

Great company. Just replaced my home unit. They were quick, professional, and affordable. They have 0% financing that made purchasing a higher efficiency unit possible.
