My AC went out and was blowing HOT AIR on one of the hottest days with a heat advisory! I called Evans after another company didn’t show up, and Michael answered right away, he sent a tech out within 30 mins. Kyle, the tech, arrived within 25 mins and found a wiring issue within minutes and had my AC back up and running in a matter of 5 mins! So impressed with this company and with both Michael and Kyles customer service!! 5-STARS for sure! Thank you!!!
Arrive on time, fair pricing but most importantly are honest and trustworthy. They've done AC service/maintenance on 2 of our homes and my wife and I will not use any other company. I would highly recommend working with Evan's AC on AC related issues. They are courteous and professional.
Evans Air Conditioning & Heating has always done right by me. This morning the air conditioner had failed overnight. I called for help at 7am. I was told it would be mid-day before they could get to me. By 1:30pm the A/C was blowing cold again. They had the parts and expertise to get our unit fixed in one visit. Edit: New house, New A/C issue. Same outstanding service from Evans. We've got cold air again. :-)

We have used Evans for over five years and have always felt great. They installed one new on our home and have kept a second one working without problems. They are completely honest in all their services. You can count on a really good job. Thanks! I called Brian this afternoon because our unit quit cooling. About 2 hours later Kyle was here and had already diagnosed the problem. He was finished about a half hour later and we have a cool house again. Thanks Kyle.
Updated June 2023 Terrific after sale service. Great friends. Updated review June 2021: They keep on doing so many things right. Yes. My AC died right in the middle of the six days of 115-degree heat. Most places will come out on a Saturday (thanks Kyle) but when the unit would not stay fixed, Brian came out. He took the time to explain all my options. We decided to follow their example to buy a Bosch. Only with the pandemic, there is a shortage of units. But it gets better. On Monday morning Michael called all the suppliers and only found two units in the Phoenix area and snagged one for me. Brian came by on Tuesday to measure the roof pitch and a small army showed up at 5:30AM on Wednesday morning to get as much done as possible. Thursday they were back at 5:30AM to cut a hole in the roof for the unit (it was raining the day before) and get everything ready for the crane. By noon, there was cool air running and they were cleaning everything up. One measure of their goodness was they moved the garbage can out away from the curb so it would be easier for the garbage truck to get to it. Nice touch. Not only did we go from a split system (one on the ground and one in the attic) to a package unit on top of the home, the Bosch unit is amazing. I can barely hear it and the temperature doesn't fluctuate. There is no cycle on to cool down and cycle off and heat up. It is the same all the time. I am completely spoiled now. Thanks to Michael, Brian, Jordon, Kyle and (I forgot his name-sorry) for reducing the pain and helping me get to this place. Previous review: Excellent. That describes their business model. These folks do it right. I consider them friends. On the last visit, the technician helped with drainpipes that had come loose, replaced an inexpensive part (which was included in the service) and answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

Annual pm for my (Evans) ac unit. Great guy’s and very informative and professional. I’ve had them for 10 yrs as my #1 company to work on and service my ac. I went though them to purchased and installed a new AC unit. I’m very happy and have recommended them to family and friends.
