Alex came out to our house to perform annual maintenance on our unit. He was very professional, incredibly personable, and exceptionally thorough. He cleaned and serviced the unit. He also went above and beyond by pointing out ways we could make our unit more effective for our needs and offered advice on what we can do to most efficiently cool our home. We can’t recommend Alex and Etheridge enough!

On the hottest night of the year my AC stopped working. I called Ethridge first thing the next morning and within 3 hours of that call my AC was back up and running!!

I have used Sullivan Etheridge for years. They are experts in heating and cooling. Especially Daryl and Sam work hard for each job. I really appreciate Jeff and his team to provide the excellent service to me. Recently they just installed a 3 ton heating pump for me within two days. They like to heat themselves up and to cool the customer down in the summer
