Good honest people. I've had issues two times in 10 years and both times they came out quickly and each repair was around $75. I had expected much more, but they are both honest and good at what they do. I wasn't on a maintenance package either time I had issues, but have been since the 2nd issue and will continue to as I wouldn't want to call anyone else. I feel good knowing they are who I call if I have issues or when I need a new system (current system is about 15 years old).
Most every HVAC professional has access to quality product. It's the PEOPLE that truly make the difference. I've known Jim Estes for years and he's a class-act in every way. Not only is he on time (or early), not only does he do what he say he will do, not only is he an honest Christian man, your home will be spotless after the work is done.
I have received SUPERLATIVE SERVICE (unequaled, unparalleled, unrivaled) from Estes and Cain HVAC. Jim Estes (owner) and Kyle Herndon (Preventative Maintenance Technician) do an excellent job. Punctual, professional and courteous. I have maintained a Spring and Fall maintenance contract since moving to Mount Juliet, TN in 2012 and will continue to do so in the future. Many of the residents who live in my community utilize Estes and Cain for all of their HVAC needs. I know this for a fact - not hyperbole! Honest as the day is long. Salt of the Earth!
These guys are AWESOME! I reached out to them based on their longstanding reputation for excellent and honest work. They were voted Best of Mt. Juliet and everyone I talked to spoke very highly of them. Jim came out to our home to look at out 20year old system I knew it was about time to replace it but he brought me out and walked me through the existing mechanical issues. We decided to replace the system. He offered us multiple options, with a rock solid recommendation for the right unit. He and his crew installed the right system ON TIME AND ON BUDGET. THen, he came back out to follow up and make sure everything was running smoothly. THEN...he called again a week later just to make sure. Wow. I recommend ESTES & CAIN wholeheartedly. You won't be disappointed.
Unbelievable service. He was able to come out same day. He was friendly, informative, knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. He even said my problem was so easily managed that he felt bad charging me. He took care of the problem and inspected my unit, teaching me some essentials along the way. All FREE OF CHARGE. He was above in beyond in every sense of the word and I could not recommend him any higher. I have already told friends about him and this company.
Jim Estes and his crew were out to my house this week performing routine maintenance. Jim always impresses me with his knowledge and experience. As someone with a vast experience in residential construction and a home inspector, I just don't hire anyone I can find. I met Jim almost a year prior to hiring him. He takes great pride in his work and his company. He strives to provide the best service in the industry and truly cares about his product and the end result. I wouldn't hire anyone else in this area to work on my hvac system.
