My wife just had our son, while we was in the hospital my sister stayed at our house to watch the dogs until we got home. I got a text saying our AC stopped working, knowing I was supposed to come home with our newborn baby the next day, I knew I had to get the AC addressed ASAP. Temperature was going to get to 88* today and 93* this weekend. So I give my buddies at ESTEP HEATING AND COOLING a call. I explained the situation and they said they said they would meet me there within a hour. Not only did they pull in the driveway behind me as we were getting out of the car, but they were knowledgeable and professional on what they were doing. Plus there swag was on point. Big shout out to these guys for looking out for us making sure we had a cool comfortable house for us and the baby.

I highly recommend these guys for your heating and cooling needs! They recently installed a new furnace and air unit to replace my unit that was under the house for 25+ years! It was a challenging job and they took it on and did a quick and efficient job all in 1 day! Now I can access the unit from outside and no more crawling under the house for maintenance! They care about the work they do and was very helpful and informative throughout the process. I’ll recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again!

Estep replaced our second floor AC unit. They were very responsive and polite. They gave me a quote to replace the fan vs the whole unit and were affordable. They were professional, friendly, quick and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they were their own business and that you did not have to go through a call center or "worker". I will use them again and highly recommend.
I am so happy that we were referred to Estep when our AC stopped working. They were professional, friendly, quick and knowledgeable. They fit us in during one of their busiest days so we didn’t have to suffer through the heat. They are local so if we have any questions or anything, we have their personal numbers to ask. No huge call center leaving messages that never get returned.

Our daughter came across this company by reaching out to FB friends for recommendations. The weather was 90+ degrees and our a/c went out. We had a home warranty plan. It took them 5 days to send a company out. Then we were going to have to pay an outrageous out of pocket expense. Once our daughter got the recommendations and called Estep, we had our heating and air both replaced in less than 48 hours and at $2,500 less than coverage under home warranty company. This company is professional, fast and very reasonable in price. Highly recommend!
Arrived when they said they would, quick install of entire hvac system, much better pricing than the other 3 bids we took. Cleaned up, everything. Great guys, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend
