Essex did a great job fixing my heating issue same day for a resonable price. Highly recommend. Technician was friendly and very informative.
They did in installation of a swamp cooler for my mom and after the fact. They called me and asked me how my family was doing during the Zog fire. I think that was pretty cool of them to do thank you Essex.
The guy they sent out was rude. The company told me originally I had a warranty on my evaporative cooler when I bought it in April, and then today they stated that they did not have warranties for coolers. He hates evaporative coolers and tried to get me to purchase a hvac/central cooling system and told me what garbage ac systems are, if he hates them so much what is he doing working on them?
We had our A/C replaced by Essex. They were very professional and polite. Great customer service by all staff. Cleaned everything up nicely. Very appreciative of their service. Thank you!
Essex put solar on our new home after its purchase following the Carr Fire and it is more than we were expecting. Their work is of high standard, actually exemplary, and you can see the quality workmanship they put into the job. The all-black framing and panels look majestic as opposed to an eye sore solar system. All of the wiring and electrical and everything that is entailed in installing the system is in the walls and not exposed. It is top notch worked performed by Josh and his crew at Essex. All my friends are astonished that we have solar because the installation of the system is so sleek and the panels on the back roof can really not be seen unless you point it out. Very pleased and very happy with our decision to go with Essex in our purchase and enjoyment of solar power. It's amazing what a difference it has made in our electric bill. Can't wait to True Up when it's time.
Best HVAC company in Nor Cal hands down. Not only are the techs experienced but, they are also professional and respectful. They go out of their way to accommodate and work with you, and go the extra mile to fit you in last minute, even if it’s 3:45pm on a Friday afternoon in the dead of August, they won’t leave you hangin to suffer thru the weekend like so many other places would. I just can’t say enough about Essex, they’ve always been my reliable go to place for any of my heating and cooling needs.
