Ryan was very professional Tech guy, who apparently thought me a lot about my heating system. Great service!
For the past week I have had absolutely no heating, with only cold air blowing in my home. Within the hour that the serviceman Ryan came in he had diagnosed, found, and fixed the issues I was having and did so with amazing speed and professionalism. Would recommend this service and specifically Ryan as a serviceman.
Ryan and the office staff are OUTSTANDING!! I highly recommend this company. They are willing to cover a wide range of territory and provide excellent, caring service. Ryan arrived on time, assessed the problem, ordered the parts and installed them in a timely way. He also gave me a very fair price! When the Home Warranty company refused to pay for this, Ryan and team repeatedly fought hard to prove it should be covered. They treated me just like one of their family. Regardless of the warranty company snafus and misleading guidance, I definitely stuck with Essential Mechanical. I’m in a mobile home and though the other contractors didn’t know this heater, I could see from the beginning Ryan knew exactly what to do. He and the staff are the BEST, and I was happy to continue working with them. It’s so great to now have heat again. If you ever need this service, don’t hesitate to contract with Essential Mechanical in Stockton. They are wonderful!
I needed emergency after hours service and I was able to get that . I had an emergency situation where my heater was not working and I have a baby in the house . Ryid answered my call and was heee within the hour , he fixed my heater and I was Back up and running . The prices are extremely reasonable and worth every price . Thank you so much . 10/10 recommended !!!

I Highly recommend this company!! Ryan was amazing got me in on short notice as my AC was out with a child!!! Came explained everything and his recommendations on what we should do! Fixed the air conditioning temporarily for us to use tonight and will be back in the am to permanently fix!!! His partner and him both had great personalities even tho they had a long day and probably would love to be at home with there families!! I really appreciate everything he did for us! Over all just a great experience and will be using him from here on out!!
