Very responsible, the techs came to my house in not time and repaired the AC unit !
The company is responsive, the technicians were courteous and professional.
As usual, I got immediate help from Casey in the office. She is always quick to respond and ALWAYS gets me scheduled immediately. Henry, the tech who has been to our home more than once, was on-time or early as expected and he solved the problem on the spot. I could not ask for better service!!!

My AC died and needed a unit replaced. Albert came out quickly to my residence to give me a quote for replacement. He was very informative, kind, and helpful.

Techs were knowledgeable and found the issue. The install went smooth. They covered carpets where they went into attic so all clean. Guys were super nice
Great experience with Essential Home Perf.. My AC gave up on us during peak summer, when I approached them they could turn around with inspection and quote within a day and start the repair asap, with least followups. I was very satisfied with their work and professionalism (call out to Henry). Few months later I used them for installation of new AC on my work shed and again had a delightful experience. I will recommend them to anyone for all A/C related work. Great company and great people!
I had no problems with the service or the technician. He was very thorough & efficient. The only issue I had was that he was to be here between 12:00 p.m. & 4:00. He didn't arrive until almost 5:30. I had given up & was about to leave to go run errands when I got a text that the technician was on the way. It would have been nice to receive a call or text saying he was going to be running late.

I’ve been using them for over four years - great service. Upstairs AC wasn’t doing it job and it’s not even 95 degrees outside. Called EHP and because I’m on their bi-annual maintenance program, their tech came out, troubleshot the system, replaced the Schrader valve and added Freon for a flat fee of $49. Cannot beat that!
I am so impressed with this company! They are so knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and they make sure that the job is done correctly into your satisfaction! It's the first company that I've come across in decades that actually cares about doing the job right and making sure that everything works as it should! I highly recommend them!
Very professional and was able go fix the repair
This company came out as part of my home warranty. They came when they said they would, were super friendly and set up a time that worked for me. They let me know ahead of time that they were coming so I was able to not site home during a long period waiting. I just love that this is a veteran owned business and will definitely refer them to my real estate clients moving forward.
Engaged for the $69 system tune-up (2 systems) and thermostat install. Really just an inspection, no real work is done - freon checks or outside compressor cleaning (rinsed with a water hose). They will try to upsell on other services (duct cleaning and UV systems and Maintenace plan). Stat install was 45% more than my neighbor quoted for hers. Tech was a nice young man just starting his career and enthusiastic about his future
I would recommend this company to EVERYONE! The best customer service I have ever received! Technician was friendly, very knowledgeable, and fixed the issues that we had been dealing with (with another company) for four years! Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!
