i have a 2 unit house and a second property. we had one unit go out in January. Essential Comfort diagnosed and replaced my 20+ year old HVAC system the very next day. He maintenance my second HVAC unit (also aging out) but thanks to Essential Comfort it is running strong. Essential Comfort calibrated my thermostat and verified in home air flow and temperature are correct. A couple weeks ago at my second property the 10 year old unit outside component failed. Essential Comfort came the same day and diagnosed my whole unit and was able to work with my tight budget and replaced the faulty unit and had my house comfortable once again. In short Essential Comfort has been professional reliable trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable in the HVAC field.
