Essence Air, LLC is a top notch company. I use them repeatedly and highly recommend them. Eric and Traci are easy to work with and always helpful. Today I called and they responded within an hour. Amazing and very much appreciated.

They are amazing, high quality Techs who have fair understanding of professionalism. I highly recommend calling and you will not be unsatisfied, other HVAC companies have tried selling me cheaper less quality equipment and Essence Air came in with full understanding of my budget and were very accomodating to give me higher quality equipment for a fair price. I have never been treated better and I will continue with their business.
We have never experienced such a great HVAC company like Essence Air. They are on time, do fantastic work and are 110% reliable. Its nice to know we have a company to take care of all our AC needs.
Essence Air, LLC previously came out to install our new air conditioner in May 2019 and did an excellent job, top-notch professional service. On August 8th 2019 we called them, there was an issue with our condenser pipe. From the time we contacted them until the problem was fixed it was one hour and 44 minutes. Tracy, Eric and Richard all do an excellent job. They are honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and thorough in their work. We would recommend them to anyone.
Have had two experiences with Essence Air, both were excellent. Eric and Richard are the best, Tracy is very nice and helpful, made sure we had fast service. I love these guy's and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you, Jody
Called with a concern early in the morning and scheduled an appointment for later in the week. Received a call at 1045 saying they would be here in 20 minutes. Arrived exactly 20 minutes later and promptly diagnosed the problem. The the unit was under warranty and all is great. We have been using Essence Air since they took over from our previous Air Conditioning Contractor and have Essence Air to be outstanding! 5++ Rating
Essence air stands behind their work and products. Anytime there is an issue they addressed it until you're happy. Richard and Eric are a great team Tracy's fantastic running the office and scheduling. I will refer Essence Air to anyone who's looking for a good AC company. Today's call was to even out all of our Vince said that the air conditioning flow would stay even throughout the house. Thanks again guys for coming out.
Essence Air is the epitomy of of what great HVAC service is all about. After getting dragged through the mud by another company Erik and his team sprung into action with our desperate call for help. In less than 24 hours of our scheduled repair they had the needed part in hand and fully installed. The repair has been a lifesaver in several ways. Having a young child and an elderly parent in the home the flawless fix has given me peace of mind. Not to mention they sought out the needed part at a more than fair price and their expeditious follow up is heartening. My husband and I fully recommend Essence Air for all your HVAC needs!!!!
