I can recommend ESPA Air for HVAC needs. They were quick to respond when we needed an assessment of our current older heating system. They checked its condition to ensure it was safe and operational. We also wanted and received an estimate and recommendations for a new system that would include air conditioning.
Tom and his assistant, Leo did a great job! Personable, professional, definitely willing to go the extra mile. As an older woman, I appreciated Tom's willingness to explain the new equipment as well as the clean-up. Will recommend for sure.
I highly recommend Espa Air. Espa Air recently installed an AC unit at my condo. They provided quick, professional and quality service for a reasonable price. I'm planning on doing ductwork in the near future. They will definitely be the company doing the work! I'm very happy I found Espa Air!

The AC in our office went out and I contacted a couple different companies and Tom was the only person that even answered and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day to take a look at our problem. Diagnostic was quick and the replacement of our fan motor was replaced with no problems. Very happy with the professionalism Tom had and he was right on time for the appointment. Now our AC is working great! Thank you so much Tom for squeezing us into your schedule and taking care of our problem! Affordable pricing, strongly recommend!
