Damian is THE BEST!!! He and his team are professional, courteous, responsive, and top-notch! I have worked with many HVAC contractors both in my professional and personal life and he is the best.
The most knowledgeable AC people around, and super honest and professional. Certainly others might claim to be cheaper, but again...do you want to play around with the reliability of your AC in south Florida?

Having a pregnant wife go through the dead of summer with no AC is brutal, but thanks to Eskimo 24Hr A/C we were up and running in no time. Damian was able to find the root cause of our A/C going out and in a timely manner. He is super professional, patient, and took the time to educate me as he went through all of the possible problems. This assured me that he was not just trying to sell me on extra services or A/C parts. I know A/C companies in Florida are a dime a dozen, but as long as Eskimo is around, I will be giving all of my A/C business to them.

I loved Damien and his staff..however, last week, my air conditioner needed flushing out, as I had water in the bottom of the unit..I called Damien, three times, and left three messages..he never returned my calls...I am very disappointed..so, I called my friend's air conditioner guy, and he called back immediately, and came to flush out the unit..he is also less money than Eskimo...sorry, Damien, you lost me as a customer.

Great people to work with. Reply when you call or text. Show up when they say they will. Tell you what they are going to do to fix the situation and why. Damian and Eskimo the best A/C I have ever dealt with!
After 19 days of having no central air because it was too corroded (per my usual AC guy), a call to Eskimo AC took all of my concerns and sweat away!!!! On Thursday Damion came to look at the unit. On Friday morning after 2 1/2 hours he replaced the parts that were broken in the existing AC unit and GOT IT UP AND RUNNING!!!! 19 days of waiting for the guy I’ve used to pull through. Only 4 hours for Eskimo to evaluate and fix my AC unit!! Super highly recommended.
Called Eskimo Air, office staff extremely pleasant and easy to get an appt. Damian showed up to trouble shoot our issue. He was on time, prompt, professional and informative. He went above and beyond to help us and I am forever grateful. Anyone wanting an honest guy - he is the one.

We are so happy with our new AC! Damien is professional, honest and trustworthy, the same goes for his team. I was very comfortable with them in my home. They were very neat. I am very happy with the entire experience. I contacted about 7 different companies and no company made me feel comfortable or gave us any knowledge about what was going on. Damien educated us on our current system, and what would be best for our home. He called us that evening to make sure everything was going good and that out house was cold! Finally we can feel the AC!

incredibly satisfied with Damian and his team. Absolutely the best customer service i have ever experienced. They fixed my problem right away, not just that they answered all of my calls and treated me with all the respect. i highly recommend ESKIMO to anyone in need. they are friendly, respectful, very fair on price, and they followed up as well.
