Saved my summer. I'm a pipefitter but I don't do service so I called a fellow pipefitter to install my new AC unit. He fu@#€d it up and my new unit wasn't cooling. I called other companies before I called Esco's but they were all unwilling to follow someone else's shoddy work. These guys were up to the challenge though! They came 15 min after I called. The recognized that my unit was wired incorrectly and I didn't have enough refrigerant. They completed the job in a professional and courteous manner, checked their work before leaving and were down the road in under 45 min. I was so happy with their work that I gave a lil extra to buy these guys lunch. The saved my summer!
Esco's Heating and Cooling is the best! I called to have my central air looked at and Esco's heating and Cooling was very responsive and came out the same night. They worked beyond normal business hours to repair my unit and went above and beyond to make sure I had working air. I gave this business 5 stars, but if I could give them more, I would. I have already referred them to another friend because I was extremely happy with my service.
Esco is perfect, A/C went out and he was able to come for same day service. All we needed was a thermostat. And he showed me that’s all we needed. Very honest HVAC guy, highly recommend! 10/10
I called Esco Heating and Cooling because my heating system needed maintenance. The service man was here on time. He was professional and friendly. He took care of my unit and explained to me what he was doing. It only took 20 or so minutes and my heat was on again. What a Blessing. Thank you Esco. The service was great and the price was right.😄👍🏽

Esco is professional and represents integrity. I had a new Peerless steam boiler installed by another company, and Esco's HVAC came to my rescue and worked dedicated to find the problem of it not working and make the repairs; it took weeks due to having to order new parts. He searched out to experts to resolve the issues and kept communicating with me during the process. If you can get on his schedule, then you will become a regular customer.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. About two weeks ago Esco came out to my house to look at my ac unit and give me an estimate. He looked at the unit and said that he needed a diaphragm to fix it also he needed part numbers to order the parts and that he would send pictures to his technicians so they can search for parts now remind you he was there and could have taken out the old parts and look at the serial numbers . He told me that he'll get back to me and I haven't heard anything else from this man. He charged me $85.00 to look at my unit so much for free estimate. I would never try to support another small black business.
Esco's heating & cooling is the best! I needed repair to a 20 year plus furnace this past winter. He came promptly, thoroughly explained everything, and allowed me to observe as he worked. Most repair companies try to quickly work and swish you out the way in order to overcharge or exaggerate of the repairs they've done. Not Esco's! I needed Esco's again and called on this holiday (July 4th). My central air unit went out and the heat index was going to be 101 the next day. He was out of town but promised to get to me the next day by noon. Esco's heating & cooling came out as promised, worked from noon to 4pm in the heat. They installed a new unit, provided external supplies, repaired some electric work and put in a new filter for my furnace at a very 'REASONABLE' rate. Esco takes pride in his work, is very professional and honest. I highly recommend this company especially for women who are often taken advantage of. Thank you ESCO COOLING AND HEATING LLC for coming out on a days notice on one of the hottest days in Chicago. My AC, unit didn’t come on, he instructed me to check the breaker box, Air still didn’t come on, Esco came out did the troubleshooting to eliminate things. Found the problem, fixed the issue. Explained to me what he found to be the issue. Very reasonable price, fair and professional. ESCO, Also did the original Installation of my HVAC system. Thank you for such a quick response. I definitely recommend this company.
