I needed to have my A/C unit tuned up for summer. I reached out to get an appointment and they came right out. They texted on the way and were very professional, quick but thorough.

Have used ERS for years both at work and at several homes to solve HVAC problems. Even talked me thru troubleshooting several problems on my HVAC at my mom’s house with her boiler system. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Helped me twice this week in debugging my no -functioning furnace. Checked some voltages on the thermostat and relay board. Told me to recycle the power to the whole furnace and got the furnace working again!!! Then my son-in-law’s parent’s furnace was not heating, Ryan got on a FaceTime call with him and determined the Nest thermostat was bad. Son-in-law ran to Home Depot, got a new Nest, and now everything is working / heating again. 5 stars twice in 1 week = 10 star rating for me!
