Don't book with them. Very unprofessional. Never showed up and never called to say they were running late or weren't coming. They also didn't answer the phone when I called them to see if they were still coming. Don't waste your time

Nothing but great things to say. Had Eric's Heating and Cooling install my 16 seer heat pump. Eric and Bruce showed up, listened to my concerns and quoted a very reasonable price. Upon agreement, they completed the task in a very timely, proffessional, and quality worksmanship. Local company that puts the customers first, they listen, their fair, and provide quality work. Quote was given on thursday, Eric personnally showed up on friday to remove a the old condensor to allow me to pour a pad, saturday showed up to complete the install. Best HVAC service Ive ever recieved. Highly recommended if HVAC services are needed.

Awesome customer service! Came to fix my heating unit on my rental property in timely manner. My tenants were satisfied with the repair and how fast it took him to complete the installation. For this great experience, he will be my go technician for any future heating and cooling issues. On top of that, I felt the price was decent, especially since he took the time out to trouble shoot the issue and recommended a upgraded heating system so that if issues arise in the future I would be about to get my system repaired. The other company I called, just focused on the making money and not the customer or prices. Again, I'll recommend this company to anyone and would hire them myself ASAP!!!
Excellent work done by this company. Bought Champion and got 10 years parts and labor. Also have a pm contract with this company. I highly recommend this company.
