Ruben is great. He came out on short notice and quickly diagnosed the problem with our refrigeration unit. Not only did he fix it, he also taught me all about how the problem started, how the system should have worked and what steps we needed to do to fix it. We were up and running within a few hours.
ER refrigeration is the way to go. Ruben was very communicative and responsive. We had a few problems in the past couple years with commercial equipment and he’s always been able to figure out the issues for an affordable price. Highly recommend giving him a shot!
What can I say???? To much to write about. Ruben is very very good at what he does, not a Band-Aid kind of guy. What I mean is that he does not put a Band-Aid on the problem he gets to the point and fixes what needs to be fixed and does it properly. I have had so many guys come and work on my equipment and all they do is put a Band-Aid on it for a temporary fix but doesn't get to the main issue so you pay more money for multiple Services instead of one charge to fix it properly. Ruben is now going to be my maintenance service Refrigeration guy. Totally a 10 in my eye's, you won't be disappointed, he's very honest and to the point. Thank you Ruben
Wow! Rubin is amazing. ER Emergency truly offers emergency service. My girlfriend ownes a Diner and the walk-in freezer broke on a Saturday night. We called our regular refrigeration companies emergency service and received no call back tell following morning. I called Rubin owner of ER Emergency Refrigeration @ 10pm at night he was leaving another emergency call 100 miles away. Told him our situation and he offered to come up but he had been working sence 6am. So he showed up @ 7am an got us up and running. So knowledgeable. 30 years experience. Thank you Rubin
