Robert and his partner were SUPER detail orientated and gave us all of the options possible when deciding on how to replace our old AC unit on our flat-roof. They were very communicative and always available to chat and discuss our questions. I highly recommend ER Air Conditioning.

They serviced my A/C, cleaned the coils, and even fixed the alignment of the metal box holding the unit. Service was timely and very thorough.

Everything was great from the text that I received with a Picture of the service person letting me know when he would be here to informing me of what I needed and did not need He gave me options for future improvement that I asked about. No high pressure sales. He told how I could save money by doing some things myself. I felt as though Edson was giving me good honest information. Great service. Need more companies like ER Air-conditioning. I will definitely pass them on to others who need A/C work.

Edwin and Robert are both professional, polite and excellent at what they do. A few years ago, when we first found E R, we had multiple problems with our A/C using other companies; and Edwin spent a lot of time on the phone helping me sort out and solve our problem. We are so happy to have people who actually know what they are doing and keep us cool!
