Our A/C went out the first hot spell of this summer and my family was unhappy. I called and explained my problem. That same day my unit was back up and working.
Has never disappointed and always looking for ways to keep the AC working properly. Professional and trustworthy!! Will not use anyone else!
I highly recommend Derek for HVAC problems. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. We were in a real problem with loss of a/c. Great experience! They came out and tuned and cleaned my AC system after the landlord said the system was fine. AC worked great after Equal Heat and Air came out.

I received the BEST service!!! I've had issues with my a/c unit for OVER SIX YEARS. Multiple HVAC companies have tried to fix it and Equal Heat and Air immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it!!!! I could not be more grateful!!! Thank you Derek and Equal Heat and Air!!

Derrick and his crew are life savers, my elderly mothers ac system went out and needed to be replaced and they were able to get it replaced and installed by the very next day and with July summers heat, getting it installed next day is huge deal for me... thank you so much
my family been hot for some time now and we never had anyone actually fix our A/C because nobody knew the problem. Derek came and found the problem in 10 mins and got my house cold. He is a straight shooter. Also very good at explaining the issue.
Our A/C stopped working. Gave them a call and their team came out to the house and had me up and running a short time after. A very good group of people.
Amazing customer service! Derek came out early the next day after our AC failed in the middle of summer, fixed the capacitor on the outside unit, got us back to normal in this crazy Texas heat, and didn't try to upsell us on a ton of stuff that we didn't need, like so many others have in our past. Hopefully, we don't have another AC issue, but if we do, we're definitely going back here!
Derek Troy came to look at my system and surpassed all expectations! Not only did he come and look at my unit , but also went above and beyond in service at no additional charge ! Troy beat all the prices near and far! Not to mention he even called to follow up the next week. Nothing better than good ole fashion service. 10/10 best HVAC service around !!
Highly recommended, Dude is professional and knows what he's doing. Not going to con you into unnecessary repairs, will lay out all possible options with a clear explanation of each. Our 2nd unit for the upstairs crapped out right before the 95+ weather. My room was averaging 89 degrees with all my electronics running. He fixed it. Customer for life.
So hot here in Texas right now and everyone was getting crabby quick at the casa. Was referred to Derek by some trusted friends and when I called he answered immediately and was out to the house within 30 minutes. Be have me some options and and I decided to have a repair done. He got it running again quick but my system is 20 years old and that's ok because I now have a company I can trust. I highly recommend him. As a business owner here in Wylie it's good to see other stands up guys getting it done. Thanks!
