The technician was professional & friendly. Besides having to wait a week (I know they were busy because it got hot all of a sudden) they were professional & actually came 1 day before my scheduled time.
Tech was professional and gave tips.

They were on time did a great job and explain everything to me step-by-step I really appreciate that.
Heater went out so I called my home warranty company. They told me Epic would give me a call within 24 hours. Epic called back an hour later with a same day appointment time. Tech was on time and professional. He found the problem but it was late in the day and the stores were about to close but he was able to get the part and returned to provide us heat again. Thank you Epic!
David and his team were very professional. He went out of his way to resolve my issue expeditiously which was very much appreciated during the hottest week of the year. I will definitely be referring my family and friends!!!

Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept us informed of the process every step of the way and went above and beyond while he was replacing our unit. I would 10/10 recommend Epic Technicians to anybody needing hvac work done. He arrived in a timely manner, texting when he was in his way to inform us, the first day he came out he got stuck at a job before longer than planned but called ahead of time to let me know so I wasn’t missing work while I waited. When a part didn’t come in on time, completely out of his control, he let us know so we weren’t just sitting around wondering. Overall a wonderful experience working with Dave. My husband decided no other company will ever touch our system and Epic has earned a life long customer with us.
David was prompt, professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to explain what he observed and what actions needed to be taken to install our new unit.
